Hôtels à Alor Setar avec parking

I will definitely come here again. It was the best decision ever to stay here because the room complete with 4 pillows, superb king bed, smart TV and Young Living aroma. My room does have the balcony and enjoy watching the road scene.

Very good price valued accommodation with well standard of cleanliness and comfort, and spacious parking. High recommendation for travel around Alor Setar which convenient to reach good city central and foods.

La chambre était propre.L'aircondition est bonne.Nous n'avons pas vu beaucoup la TV mais il fonctionnait bien.Le lit était confortable.Mais si la pigeon supplémentaire serait mieux, ils n'avaient que 2 pigeon.La réception était gentille et utile.L'emplacement très près de 2 minutes de marche de Alor Setar Mall.de centre-ville un peu loin peut-être 10 minutes mais c'est OK, car nous louer une voiture.it était calme à la nuit pour vous permettre un sommeil pacifique.il y a de la fer en dehors de la chambre.le wifi est OK mais pas trop fort.la chambre est assez petite pour 2 personnes mais OK pour Nous ne dormirons qu'une nuit.

Things were provided adequately for this accommodation stay. However one small thing to note is that... it rained during the night time, and after the rain subsided, there was this annoying water trickling sound that echoed into my room almost the whole night. Probably it has nothing to do with the rain and it was the AC water dripping down from the room above. But the sound was consistent and robbed me of my quality sleep... though I'm sure not every room suffers the same fate as mine...

A front desk staff member should be able to understand the customer’s needs and follow clear instructions. On that day, I had three bookings. I specifically informed the staff to prioritize my first VIP guest, who is elderly and required immediate access to the room. However, the staff chose to process all the bookings slowly one by one instead of following the instruction given. As a result, my elderly guest had to wait unnecessarily for a long time. In addition, when I entered my own room, I found that the toilet was not properly cleaned and there was hair inside. This was quite disappointing and does not reflect the expected standard of cleanliness. I hope the management can look into this matter and improve the service and housekeeping standards.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was good, from the clean and comfortable room to the overall facilities. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it very convenient to travel anywhere. There are plenty of shops, attractions, and restaurants nearby. In particular, there is a fantastic restaurant within walking distance that serves delicious food. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

L'enregistrement a été rapide et les chambres étaient déjà disponibles. L'intérieur donnait l'impression de faire un bond dans les années 90 : la décoration était typique de cette décennie. La chambre était très spacieuse, propre et bien entretenue. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, mais le réapprovisionnement était lent et il ne restait plus grand-chose une demi-heure avant la fermeture du restaurant. Le parking de l'hôtel est vaste, contrairement à celui devant l'établissement qui est un peu exigu. L'hôtel se trouve à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre commercial Aman Central et à proximité de nombreux restaurants. Dans l'ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

คือตอนแรกเรามาalor setar วันเดย์ทริป ไม่ได้ตั้งใจมาค้างรร. เราไม่ทันกลับ เลยจองในtrip วันที่เรามาอยู่ในช่วงเทศกาลรายอ คนเยอะมากตอนที่เราจอง เห็น รร.นี้ราคาโอเค แต่ไม่ได้ดูว่าเช็คอินด้วยตัวเอง ตอนนั้นประมานจะเข้าช่วงค่ำเหนื่อยมาก เพราะนั่งรถเมล์มาลงที่รร. สิ่งแรกตอนนั้นเราตกใจมาก คือเช็คอินเอง แล้วคือเราคนไทย ที่พอพูดภาษามลายูได้นิดหน่อย ตอนนั้นรู้สึกงานเข้า จองแล้วจะเข้าพักยัง ปวดท้องฉี่ด้วย เลยเดินไปถามร้านสะดวกซื้อว่ามีห้องน้ำที่คลินีก รอดมาได้ แล้วกลับมาเช็คอินใหม่ แต่ก็ไม่ได้ ลองโทรไปก็ไม่มีใครรับสายเอง โชคดีที่มีคนมาเลเชื้อสายจีนมาช่วยให้เรา เค้าช่วยติดต่อให้เราจึงได้เข้าห้องพัก ถ้าไม่ได้คนมาเลนั้นจะเข้ายังไง ตังก็จ่ายแล้ว พอเข้าไปแล้ว มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกไม่เยอะ มีแอร์ ทีวี น้ำ2ขวด ทิชชู ผ้าเช็คตัว ห้องสะอาดนะ แต่ก็มีเสียงรบกวนบ้าง ตอนเช็คเอาส์ดีนะที่เราส่งข้อความว่าจะขอเช็คอินสายหน่อย กลัวไม่ทันออกตอนเที่ยง สุดท้ายก็ลองโทรหาถึงได้เงินมัดจำคืน50เหรียญ ที่นี่จะมีภาษีนักท่องเที่ยว10เหรียญ สิ่งที่เราอยากแนะนำโรงแรมนะ 1.ถ้าคุณเป็นบริการเช็คอินด้วยตัวเอง คุณควรบอกที่หน้าปกของtripว่าเช็คอินเอง เพราะบางทีลูกค้าไม่ได้อ่าน หรือก่อนกดยืนยันว่ามีเช็คอินเอง 2.ในเมื่อเช็คอินเอง ควรตามราคาไม่แพง เราไปปีนังเมื่อปีที่แล้ว มีพนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก แค่ส่งpassport ก็เช็คอินได้เลย เร็วด้วย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกยังเยอะกว่า ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเยอะกว่า ราคายังถูกกว่าเลย 3.ตรงตู้เช็คอิน ควรมีภาษาอื่นด้วย ที่ไม่ใช่แค่ภาษาอังกฤษ มาเล จีน ควรมีประเทศไทยด้วย เพราะประเทศไทยใกล้กับมาเลเซีย 4.ควรมีปุ๋มกดฉุกเฉินเวลา ติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ ว่าควรรอกี่นาที และแนะนำควรมีห้องน้ำบริการให้ลูกค้าด้วย 5.ควรมีป้ายแนะนำก็ารเช็คอินเป็นขั้นตอน1234 ปล.สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยว โรงแรมคืองานบริการ ควรมีพนักงานอย่างน้อย1คน ดูแล เพื่อว่ามีเหตุฉุกเฉินต้องการความช่วยเหลือ เรารู้ค่ะว่า โรงแรมต้องการประหยัดค่าพนักงาน จึงต้องลดส่วนนี้ แต่ยังไงสำหรับรร.คืองานบริการ ความปลอดภัย สำหรับเรา เราขอบคุณเหตุการณ์ครั้งนี้ ทำให้เราจะฝึกภาษาเพิ่มเติม ไม่ใช่ภาษาพูด แต่เป็นภาษาอ่าน เพราะโลกมันเปลี่ยนแปลง แต่ยังไงการมีพนักงานก็อุ่นใจดี
