SSyawaliah ImaniThis hotel was surprisingly nice and looks brand new! I really loved that the room had three mirrors (super convenient 😆) and everything felt clean and new. The shower was huge too, which made the stay even more comfortable. And the location near to ABC/ Sheik Yasmeen
For me, it was definitely worth the price. The only small downside is that I wish there was a little more space in the room for us to pray comfortably. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay.
Will definitely repeat this hotel again! ✨

Service is minimal but good.. one suggestion to improve is please change the system of validating the car plate number every time you wanna go out of hotel .. just validate once at arrival would do or provide the clients with the same car park access card throughout the stay . It would make life more easy

IInvitéThis is a wonderful place to stay in Alor Setar. I used to work here for two years and know some of the other options. For families, this is definitively the best place: The kids loved the infinity pool and the playground on the rooftop. While the kids were playing, we could relax and enjoy the sunset - at roughly the same height as Alor Setar Tower! That alone makes it worth to stay there :).
The apartment is big, with four beds, a washing machine and a huge TV. But contrary to other apartments, this one also has a reception that is really helpful.
We will definitively stay here again next time!

EElwin YapA front desk staff member should be able to understand the customer’s needs and follow clear instructions. On that day, I had three bookings. I specifically informed the staff to prioritize my first VIP guest, who is elderly and required immediate access to the room. However, the staff chose to process all the bookings slowly one by one instead of following the instruction given. As a result, my elderly guest had to wait unnecessarily for a long time.
In addition, when I entered my own room, I found that the toilet was not properly cleaned and there was hair inside. This was quite disappointing and does not reflect the expected standard of cleanliness.
I hope the management can look into this matter and improve the service and housekeeping standards.

Dan terima kasih bersihkan katil disebabkan anak buah sy terkencing. Mungkin dia ngigau masa dlm bus dia tak tahan nak terkencing dan ibu sy suruh kencing dalam botol, ketawa tak berhenti dan hilang rasa nak terkencing.

L'enregistrement a été rapide et les chambres étaient déjà disponibles. L'intérieur donnait l'impression de faire un bond dans les années 90 : la décoration était typique de cette décennie. La chambre était très spacieuse, propre et bien entretenue. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, mais le réapprovisionnement était lent et il ne restait plus grand-chose une demi-heure avant la fermeture du restaurant. Le parking de l'hôtel est vaste, contrairement à celui devant l'établissement qui est un peu exigu. L'hôtel se trouve à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre commercial Aman Central et à proximité de nombreux restaurants. Dans l'ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

IInvitéLa pluie est profonde, ma chambre est en pleine eau, et surtout, l'isolement sonore est super mauvais. Les voitures et les motos sur la route me font penser que je n'ai pas dormi bien pendant presque une nuit, le reste n'est pas bon.

UUtilisateur anonymeLe personnel de cet hôtel était incroyablement accueillant et utile tout au long de notre séjour. Les chambres étaient immaculées et très confortables. Nous avons également apprécié le délicieux petit déjeuner chaque matin et nous aimions la position confortable près des attractions majeures.
