NNOR HAZWANI BINTI AZMANOur stay at AST Hotel was excellent! The location in Tandop is very convenient, close to highways and easy to access. This isn’t our first time staying here, and as always, we enjoy every visit. The hotel feels more than just a budget hotel it’s clean, well-maintained, and looks great inside. For the price, it’s really worth it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

UUtilisateur anonymethis is my third visit to the Urban Inn, loved the new location for the reception area which located on the first floor, more spacious compared to the previous one which is located on the ground floor, good service from Mr. Syukur the staff that help me on my first time staying here, keep up the good job, loved the room, the view and the amenities provided, my wife and kids loved staying here, will come back again in the future.

PPengukir SenjaAn unforgettable 4 days and 3 nights holiday in my beloved hometown, Alor Setar. Staying at G Residence Suites was an excellent experience — comfortable, relaxing, and perfectly located. What made the trip even more special was the wide variety of food available, all delicious and surprisingly affordable. Most of all, I truly missed the authentic taste of home, especially Gulai Ikan Temenung — rich in flavour, comforting, and simply very sedap. Nothing compares to the food from home, and this trip reminded me how much I cherish my hometown.😍😍😍😍

EElwin YapA front desk staff member should be able to understand the customer’s needs and follow clear instructions. On that day, I had three bookings. I specifically informed the staff to prioritize my first VIP guest, who is elderly and required immediate access to the room. However, the staff chose to process all the bookings slowly one by one instead of following the instruction given. As a result, my elderly guest had to wait unnecessarily for a long time.
In addition, when I entered my own room, I found that the toilet was not properly cleaned and there was hair inside. This was quite disappointing and does not reflect the expected standard of cleanliness.
I hope the management can look into this matter and improve the service and housekeeping standards.

IInvitéL'enregistrement a été rapide et les chambres étaient déjà disponibles. L'intérieur donnait l'impression de faire un bond dans les années 90 : la décoration était typique de cette décennie. La chambre était très spacieuse, propre et bien entretenue.
Le petit-déjeuner était correct, mais le réapprovisionnement était lent et il ne restait plus grand-chose une demi-heure avant la fermeture du restaurant. Le parking de l'hôtel est vaste, contrairement à celui devant l'établissement qui est un peu exigu. L'hôtel se trouve à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre commercial Aman Central et à proximité de nombreux restaurants. Dans l'ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

IInvitéLa pluie est profonde, ma chambre est en pleine eau, et surtout, l'isolement sonore est super mauvais. Les voitures et les motos sur la route me font penser que je n'ai pas dormi bien pendant presque une nuit, le reste n'est pas bon.

SSehaLa chambre est propre mais petite pour le lit double. Très peu d'espace pour le solaire. Pas adapté aux personnes âgées parce qu'aucun ascenseur n'est fourni. Escaliers élévateurs et il faut être prudent si vous voyagez avec des enfants.

UUtilisateur anonymeLe personnel de cet hôtel était incroyablement accueillant et utile tout au long de notre séjour. Les chambres étaient immaculées et très confortables. Nous avons également apprécié le délicieux petit déjeuner chaque matin et nous aimions la position confortable près des attractions majeures.
