HHabbyVery hard to get a clean hotel in alor star, this is one of clean hotel in town. im very satisfied with the environment and cleanliness. there is alot food downstair included the famous cafe. Just that it not suitable for those who are light sleeper. the soundproof abit terrible. And the water heater abit slow to get hot water. others was fine.

Called the receptionist early on this morning before my arrival to double confirm the booking I made on trip , and recieved rude and unhelpful responses instead. Really ruined the whole mood of the stay. I kept getting interrupted mid sentence asking who am I and why I’m calling , obviously, let me finish my sentence first, but I didn’t even get the chance as he was very impatient and rude!

SSYAH81I had a pleasant experience staying at The Leverage Business Hotel Mergong. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests.
The location is excellent—easily accessible and close to eateries, convenience stores, and main roads, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. I also appreciate the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Alor Setar.

IInvitéL'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, à proximité de la mosquée Zahir. Le personnel s'est montré très serviable et nous a aidés à réserver le ferry pour Langkawi, car notre carte Visa internationale ne fonctionnait pas avec l'application locale. Le petit-déjeuner était correct.
Les installations étaient très vétustes, donnant une impression des années 80 ou 90, notamment la salle de bain. Nous avons trouvé le prix de la chambre excessif compte tenu de l'état de l'hôtel.

IInvitéLa pluie est profonde, ma chambre est en pleine eau, et surtout, l'isolement sonore est super mauvais. Les voitures et les motos sur la route me font penser que je n'ai pas dormi bien pendant presque une nuit, le reste n'est pas bon.

UUtilisateur anonymeLe personnel de cet hôtel était incroyablement accueillant et utile tout au long de notre séjour. Les chambres étaient immaculées et très confortables. Nous avons également apprécié le délicieux petit déjeuner chaque matin et nous aimions la position confortable près des attractions majeures.
