Paradisso Beach Villas

We had an amazing time in Zakynthos while staying at Paradisso villas. The property is well equipped, has fantastic views, it is truly a slice of paradise and the pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful sunsets and sunrise (if you are awake at 6:30). Would definitely return.

I stayed for a week in Villa Margarita at the beginning of July. The villa is located on a rocky promontory with a northeast orientation and can host 4-5 people, it is not big - it has two bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms - but it is very beautiful, with a specific Mediterranean design and funny decoration. Bath and beach towels were changed every day. The private pool was also cleaned every day. The deckchairs and canopy located on the terraced garden are comfortable and well shaded by vegetation. And there are so many terraces that I didn't manage to sit on all of them. The view of the garden terraces with pines and palm trees and the turquoise blue sea is magnificent. The owner responded quickly and positively to our requests. Paradisso is a good location on Zakyntos island, with direct access to the beach and the sea, secluded and quiet, good for families. It can also be romantic for couples. On my next visit on Zakyntos, I would like to stay at Paradisso

If you want to be in a real paradise, then Villa Paradisso is the place where you need to go! Such a clean sea, such incredible peace combined with modern comfort can hardly be found. There are wonderful restaurants near the villa, the house has everything to ensure a pleasant stay. It's a pity that we don't go boating and fishing. We dream of returning to this Greek paradise.

My partner and I have just stayed at Paradisso beach villas 18th May to the 22nd May. We did not want to leave! It was absolutely beautiful, views were spectacular, the Villa was lovely and clean and cleaned daily. Even though the weather was not the best staying in this Villa made it much better. After reading a bad review on Trip advisor, we cannot understand the comments in the review, as our stay was amazing. Antonia did not bother us once and when we needed her she was there. We cannot wait to book to stay again next year. Thank you Antonia for our little touch of heaven!

Visited the island with family. My experience (as well as my family’s) with Paradisso was exceptional from every perspective. Premises : the villas are very spacious, well built and well appointed. They are designed and decorated with elegant simplicity and good taste. The style is very Mediterranean, which immediately put me in a relaxed mood. Ambience: very peaceful and harmonious ambience. The surroundings are very serene and the villas perfectly merge with nature. Host: Antonia, the host and owner of the establishment is very genuine and resourceful. She took great care of me and my family, always with a smile in her face. Surroundings: the surroundings (as it can be seen from the photos) are splendid. There is nature everywhere you look. There is rich vegetation and local fruit trees throughout the property. We loved it how the complex is subtly luxurious while maintaining the natural and authentic beauty of the surroundings. The highlight for me were the luxuriously decked private beaches equipped with high quality sun beds and large umbrellas (you will always find an available sun bed at whatever time you decide to go to the beach). Cleanliness: both common areas and rooms were clean and they remained that way throughout our stay. The cleaners were thorough, polite and discrete. Service: the service was attentive and personalised all-the-while centred around privacy. We were never disturbed by the staff and we were given full privacy notwithstanding the staff being fully available when we actually needed them. We appreciated the fact that the staff were discrete and did not bother us by trying to promote paid services or products. Conclusion: we’ll definitely be returning.

We had wonderful days staying at paradisso beach villas! The location was way over our exceptions. The pictures online cannot reproduce entirely the magic of the place. The house is elegant decorated in every detail and also very cozy. The quiet and private terrace on the sea gives wonderful views. The private access to the see is unique. The water is turquoise surrounded by vegetation. Antonia was an excellent host and gave us always great tips about restaurants and place to see on the island. We highly recommend a staying in this unique wonderful place, that we will keep in our hearth.

We rented the private villa Margarita for 7 nights for 780 eur/night, end of August, directly on their website, after some conversation emails with Antonia the host. First, we saw the sloppy yard where we parked: 2 or 3 barracks in bad condition (one served for home for the host Antonia!), old things stored in the whole yard, a trailer thrown aside: big dissapoin**ent. First shock: The "villa" Margarita is no more than a tiny wood house, well decorated; the kitchen appliances are very worn and bad smelling; the second toilet was so tiny that all 4 of us had to shower in the same bathroom that smelled vomiting from the 2nd day; one bedside form the main bedroom was filled with staff of the other tourists (black socks etc). The 2nd bedroom is very small, no place fo moving inside. 2nd shock: this Margarita house has no privacy, as it is situated just a few metres form the other house and everybody can stare at the others, form the balcony, from the yard, we see each other the panties drying in the sun ... 3rd shock: the host named Antonia is the most unfriendly host ever seen, she sleeps at night in a barrack very near to "private" houses, all day long she watched us all the time in our "private" yard and on the beach and everywhere in that property; first evening we were in the yard at 23 o clock, talking after arriving from the city and she came in pijama asking to go to sleep because it was late:)) 2nd day when some friends of us staying nearby came to visit us, she came immediately interrogating me who are them and asking me that they leave because we payed only for 4 persons and not for all the people in my country and the other guests want silence (!) It was far too much: I told her I do not accept such trea**ent, we did not pay for a sanatorium nor for a policewoman watching every step and if she do no give the minimum privacy , I want the money back and leave. It was the last moment I spoke to her, although she was always in every corner watching us , she did not open her mouth again. Not last, tourists should know their website is misleading us presenting 3 villas. There are only 2 houses (not villas, as I said): one house is Margarita; the second house, almost glued to Margarita, is composed of 2 apar**ents: first floor, separate entrance, balcony, no yard is called "Villa Antonia" , the ground floor with the yard is called "Villa Alexandros". Someone should sanction them for misleading the consumers! Otherwise, the sea was very beautiful, the table from the yard is new and also 2 of the 4 sunbeds. The housekeeper lady was nice, speaks only Greek, but we managed to understand each other.

Simply stunning location and a wonderful villa. We’ve had the most glorious week here and can’t fault anything. The views alone are worth every penny whilst the accommodation was perfect. We’ve been lucky enough to travel all over the world, staying in some fabulous locations but this is easily one of the best we’ve ever experienced. We can’t wait to return.

For sure the best place on the whole Island. The rooms are pretty and immaculately clean, the outside area is very beautiful and inviting, there are several accesses to the water and it´s also a great spot for snorkeling. Minna, the cleaning lady, is coming every day. (please don´t forget to tip her, she is doing a great job). Antonia, the owner is the best part of it all. She is helpful and considerate. I fell in love with her as well as with her property. I wish I would´ve never had to leave....I had a beautiful stay! thank you very much!
