Lovely hotel, clean room and very good location right next to the golden temple. Very nice customer service at the front desk, very friendly and helpful.

Beyond horrible. One of the worse experience ever. Please save yourself the trouble of staying here. Room are shabby and shady. Heater doesn’t work. Despite of numerous complaints, the ***agement did nothing to accommodate or remediate. We were harassed for hours for room change.

Hotel was very owesom . The location was very great it's a heart of city at the top floor... The top view of golden temple it's was golden movement ... At last but not least the staff was very helpful ... Mr Rahul as a night ***ager guide everything properly ...even in next time I will be gone there also.

Hotel csjs is a cheat.. They have taken money from me & not alloted room.. Mr.Thakur who's now leased property is a basturd...never book this property ever...They are cheaters....Not recommended at all to book this property.. They r cheaters

Location is excellent! Just at the entry gate of Golden Temple; Both Jalianwala bagh campus and Partition Museaum at Amritsar Town hall is within 200 to 400 metres - You will enjoy the walk! But, Forget of Parking, you can't take your vehicle to the hotel - You have to get battery operated autos to reach from main thoroughfares to Hotel! Property is excellent! Rooms are really good, excellently well appointed, neat and clean, with all standard amenities and having breathtaking view of the Golden Temple! But, virtually no room service!!

Fantastic location but poor service. Day 01 we booked room 201 ( temple facing) and next day because of full occupancy we shifted to 4th floor room no 402 . Room 201 is good large and temple view . Room 402 is very small , wash room stinks air not passing properly. Cleaning Service is terrible, hygiene is a major issue specially on the smaller/ cheaper rooms . Try not to book rooms with breakfast. It’s just 20 mtr from the Akal takt gate . So mid night also easily visit trample.

Booked for an executive room for 2 nights but at check-in they gave us premium room instead of an Executive room. When this was bring into their notice this fellow called “SAHIL KUMAR” was trying to act smart and was calling a premium room an executive room. When the pictures were shown to him he agreed to it and looked to me by as in he was doing a favour by agreeing to a room that was booked for. Rooms were dirty like hell, toilets were stinking, bedsheets were not changed from the last guest and when all of these were told to them, their reply was we are short of staff. What RUBBISH… Paid 4500₹ for a room and it was not even worth of 450₹. They did not have a mercy to not to fool a guest by allocating them a downgraded room who is check-in at 3 am and travelling with a 4 months old baby. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR STAY PEOPLE. YOUR’RE GOING TO REGRET IT.

Visited Golden Temple recently with family and friends and made resewith CSJS INN, situated right next to back entry of the Golden Temple, this is the perfect place to stay for some divine & blessed Darshan's. . The rooms are very neat, clean and perfect to even get small kids *****. Our's was a family room with a single bed and 1 double bed & we a family of 4, fitted perfectly. We had temple facing view . We had Golden temple facing room view. . Room service is good and Ms.Bhumika (receptionist) was kind, warm & helpful.
