Hotel right next to golden temple so good for multiple visits to temple. However access road is narrow for taxi

Average hotel. Rooms are small, bathrooms the tap to collect water is really clumsy, didnt use shower, not sure if it worked, even if ut works there is no place to stand. Food is super expensive and average, pls plan to eat outside. The hotel is really close to gurdwara, thats the only plus point. The hotel cannot be reached by uber and ola, so you end up paying heftily to the hotel for taxi. Only hotel taxi can pick up and drop from the hotel. The other option is to take a taxi and use autorickshaw to reach the hotel. Staff is courteous and really nice. Unless you only want to stay near gurdwara and not go anywhere else, prefer booking somewhere else, you will have more mobility and options for food.

Pro- Location, cleanliness and service. If purpose of visit is Golden Temple then the location is absolutely great. Hotel is clean and service is great. Cons- linen and breakfast. Linen are worn out, and probably they don’t know when to replace. Breakfast was a poor sandwich and water melon. Surprised that it costs Rs250. Also I booked Kingroom n was given a basement room. Please call hotel and confirm. Overall great stay and recommend.

Karan ragindar tour and travel , Vicky riksha are too good .. They helped us so much in all sightseeing , shopping.. they r very helpful and trustworthy..Palash also made all best hotel arrangements.. Thank u all for making our stay memorable

Rather pleasant and not overly terrible. The hotel is nicely planned out and the room is spacious. The checkin staff were really helpful. Rooms were clean, the tv didn’t have any useful channels and you are forced to use YouTube to watch. The towels were a bit smelly and could have done with a better wash. The staff were patient with us due to an issue with a bank card slowing down payment. There hotel is really close to there Baba Atal Tower entrance point to the Harmandir sahib complex. What let it down was the travel and tour staff that arranged the Wagga border trip for us as they more of less left us at one of the gates to fend for ourselves and get back to the hotel with an e scooter that we then had to pay extra for ruining the whole day which has been going ok until then.

Clean and nice hotel. Staff is very supportive. Food is good. Few steps away from Golden temple helps me visit the temple multiple times. Hotel has Travel desk at reception which is really helpful to book commute at ease. Roads in the vicinity is but narrow but manageable for small vehicles. The market is very very close. Good place to stay.

During our five-night stay, my girlfriend and I noticed the room wasn't as clean as we'd hoped after spending 30k for 5 nights stay. There were hairs and blood stains on the bedsheets, and the wardrobe was too dirty to use. To fix this, we bought new linens, cleaning products, and other items worth 7k INR from a nearby store. We also decided to skip housekeeping for our stay. Sadly, Manager Plash and the staff weren't as helpful as we'd have liked. The only good thing is the hotel is conveniently close to the Golden Temple.

The hotel is very close to Golden Temple, almost just across. Rooms are reasonable but the one which we got had no window or provision for natural light. Staff is very polite and helpful. Food is excellent and room service efficient. Travel desk is manned by a thoroughly professional gentleman. Overall, if you are focused on golden temple, a great place to stay. Few drawbacks. Breakfast, supposed to start at 8 am, barely starts by 830 am. Very poor quality wifi. So not a place for combining work with holiday. Airport cabs refuse to take to the hotel, saying its not permitted by police which is an utter lie. Hotel should call clients in advance and inform them about it or better still, arrange cabs without extra charge. I am sure they are losing clients due to this. As for me, despite all this, I enjoyed my stay there.
