Avis : DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station

J'ai été très impressionné par l'excellent service, dès mon arrivée et tout au long de mon séjour. Les chambres étaient propres et bien rangées, et le café servi était excellent.

Situé à proximité de la gare, l'hôtel permet de rejoindre facilement le centre-ville. Des embarcadères de croisières sont également à proximité. Une petite boutique près du hall propose des en-cas, de la bière et de l'eau. Les chambres sont propres et confortables.

Bon emplacement près de la gare, un peu cher mais pas beaucoup de choix si vous souhaitez séjourner dans un hôtel 5 étoiles près de la gare

10TH FLOOR SUPER NOISY. We have stayed at this wonderful hotel a few times. Here are the good and the bad : The good: - The breakfast: loads of choices even for vegans. Fresh and delicious. I can't imagine anyone complaining about this outstanding breakfast buffet. - The staff: always exceptionally friendly. - The pets: dogs welcome! - The coffee machine: Every room comes with a good quality coffee machine. The bad: - The queues at the reception for check-in and check-out are insanely long at certain hours. Rarely seen this long waiting time just to get to the receptionist. They would need more staff. - This time, we had a room on the 10th floor, but it was a bad idea. The bar is just above, on the 11th floor... You can clearly hear the music in the room. This goes on until 3 am. We got very little sleep. The next day, we asked for another room. The manager was very friendly and although the hotel was fully booked she found us a room on the 5th floor. The second night, we got a very good night's sleep. Still, this episode left a bitter feeling as we had paid expensive for a room on the 10th floor (because of the view), and then we got downgraded with no refund. - The accessories: You pay a small fortune to have the privilege to sleep in one of the fancy Hilton hotels. But when you enter the room, you quickly realize that they don't have something as basic as accessories. No slippers, no shower cap, not even a cup for the toothbrush. But at least you get towels, so that's a plus...

Love the location (convenient), their customer service and the city view

i was charged 12.5% for city tax which i told them i alrdy paid but they just couldnt listen. i have to write to trip.com after they charged Then ww dodnt have wifi for a day. they claimed that it was rhe service provider issue, how could that me, no internet for over 24 hours

Very nice location, nearby everything! There was a free cookies during check-in while on the queue for check-in. But they were charging me again even I already paid so I needed to return back again for them to verify, so I ate in the floating chinese restaurant first. Then when I get back, they asked me to wait again. The other guy pointed me to a separate check in desk or person, but that guy seems like rude and he asked me to wait even I am patiently waiting. Then he even assisted another guy even I got there first then when I came back after the guy, he said I needed to go back to the main front desk. Lol

The city tax was over charged, I’ll claim some refund through Trip.com or Hilton group

Location is great, just next to central station with car park nearby Staff is friendly and helpful, cosy atmosphere

Great location, beautiful hotel, checkin/out personels were excellent, fast and efficient. Really enjoy my stay.

The location is excellent as it is closed to central station. One large supermarket is downstairs and many restaurants nearby. Appreciate the welcome cookie and services by Front office, concierge and restaurant were great.

They gived the wrong room, we payed totally different thing. But in the end the location was worthy

Good location. Good shower. Limited room service, few options for room coffee. Have to go a long way to get some ice. They use tap water.

Nice location. Easily accessible from amsterdam centraal (5-7min walk). Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom had all essentials. Staff was cordial and even extended our check-out on request as we had to wait for long for check-in. Lounge bar was really nice as well. We could walk to all important destinations in the central city.
