Avis : XO Hotels City Centre

L'hôtel n'est pas loin de la gare centrale. La chambre est standard. Les frais sont clairs dès le départ. Aucun frais supplémentaire n'est facturé. Un autre numéro intéressant pour un hôtel à Amsterdam. 

Le personnel est très sympathique et il y a une bagagerie et il faut présenter sa carte pour récupérer ses bagages. Je me sens très en sécurité. L'hôtel est situé en centre-ville, à environ 6 minutes à pied de la gare centrale. Il y a également de nombreux restaurants et supermarchés en bas, ce qui est très pratique.

J'ai réservé l'hôtel il y a un demi-mois, payé l'intégralité et ce n'était pas remboursable. Qui savait qu'il n'y avait pas de place quand je suis arrivé à la réception et que je ne savais pas comment gérer les petits et grands sacs. Je ne commanderai plus.

I am so thankful to the person in charge during check in as I have a heavy luggage. So he was trying his best to give a room that’s easy access via their lift. Coincidentally the house keeper was making up room at the same time and when he see me he quickly help up to lift my luggage to my room. Very attentive. All the staff here are very friendly. And the room is new and very comfortable. Just a 5-10mins walk away from the Centraal station. Can be a bit noisy at night. But ok to sleep. Well we are staying at the happening place in Amsterdam so no complaint. I have a very pleasant stay here. Keep up the good work & standard.

We were in Amsterdam for one night to get to the airport the next day. This hotel is in the city center, very close to the train station and the price was okay.

The location of this place was almost perfect, really close to red light district and City centre. We were able to get literally everywhere by foot which was amazing. At night time it would get a little sketch, but I never necessarily felt unsafe. The only thing is that when my partner and I arrived, the bathroom smelled like pee and mold. There also appeared to be black mold in the shower in the grout. We propped the door open to clear out the stench, and I brought my own wipes where I just went through and cleaned the bathroom myself. The carpeted floors also felt soggy. We would have requested another room but reading past reviews it seems almost all rooms have had this issue. The owner seems to respond to every single negative review with a defensive argument which should have been a red flag for me to begin with. If you’re okay with sacrificing a little bit of cleanliness/comfortability for the cost/location then I recommend, but I personally would not stay here again.

Amazing place

這個酒店適合獨自旅行然而不想和其他人擠在青年旅舍的旅行者，因為它有獨立單人間。酒店地理位置很好，距離中央火車站步行15分鐘內可達。酒店可以提前辦理入住，每提前一小時收取5歐元費用。

地理位置非常好，周圍就是Damrak 25、網紅餐廳the seafood、女王奢侈品店，還給升了家庭房，雖然在閣樓，但面積夠大，還能體驗阿姆斯特丹特色住房。

出行或购买食物很方便；前台的先生，帮忙叫车，去另一个搭車点，司機也很好，主动帮我提行李上、下车；阿姆斯特丹王宫离酒店也不远…

位置離市中心繁華區域很近，到中央車站和附近主要景點都是步行可達，非常方便！也沒有想象中的嘈雜，房間略小，但也湊合，基本的設施和用品都有！
