This is on one of the best hotels in Pahalgam. Resort premises and rooms are very beautiful with amazing view of river lidder and snowy mountains. The food they provide is yummy with wide range of options. Rooms are cozy and spacious with TV , wifi, heater , power backup etc. Overall a good and budget friendly choice.

The only good thing about this hotel was it's location over a mountain top overlooking the river. 1. Hotel and rooms are dated. 2. Most importantly... No room heating arrangement was provided. 3. No lift 4. Small restaurant with very limited breakfast and dinner menu. Very chaotic as well. 5. Rooms on ground floor were very noisy. We had a booking for 2 nights but we moved to another hotel after spending just one night. My suggestion will be to avoid as there are better options available.

I booked 3 rooms,stay was not satisfactory,there is no room heaters or power blankets in the room ,in our family senior citizen and infent with us but they didn't provide room heaters,staff was not helping,rude.rooms was not up to the mark ,food was average not recommended at all.

Very disappointed with this hotel View - great (of a running river) But the staff........on the night of 26th May on 3rd floor where we had room, there were some families having loud party late night. Repeated requests to reception went un acknowledged. Also, the food at this place was not appreciated by us....

Horrible Hotel, Food also not good, dirty wash rooms, service not good Please do not stay here Tasteless food, people not helpful, staying here mean wasting of money All over our experience is not good

A wonderful view with great support stuff. That is how one can sum up this resort.. a hotel to be more precise. Food, in its limited choice was served with care and warmth. Staffs are helpful. Their strange coldness towards giving lower level rooms even for aged people(beyond 80!) has been appalling! Problems are there wrt availability of hot water in washrooms. Even though plug points are there, they provide electric supply to those plugs as per their will and wish. A wonderful experience that could have been, was ruined by the management team.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Very dirty. Food was terrible. No proper bedsheets provided. There was no water in the morning!! Any request took hours to resolve. Strongly advise to AVOID going to this hotel.
