Having stayed in many airport hotels over the years I wasn’t expecting very much from this one. But to be honest I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. In addition to being very clean the room had a small fridge, kettle and great shower, only minor complaint would be that the TV remote batteries didn’t work. There was a reasonable choice of food and drink in the small restaurant ranging from Pizzas to Steak and Fish, however the breakfast was very poor particularly if you are not Turkish – it would have been good to have pastries or cereal, plus neither the juice machine nor the coffee machine was working which let the place down a little. I needed to travel into city centre, but only had credit card and no Turkish Language, thankfully Atinc, the Hotel Manager was able facilitate some cash and help with the taxi directions. On my return at night while enjoying a drink at the small bar served by Gokmen the helpfully lady on reception, Hilal, was able to sort my bill and the taxi costs. Next time in Ankara I would probably stay here

Nous avons eu un grand temps et n'avons pas voulu partir. Merci de vous connecter à l'hôtel thermal pour la réception chaude ❤️

We stayed at the hotel and were very happy with the service. The employees were very happy helpful especially the sales manager Nurettin Mutlugün. He was very kind, helpful and caring. L'hôtel de la Cour est à un niveau élevé en termes de localisation, de nettoyage, de capacités et de service du personnel.

Installations: la chambre est assez grande, l'eau de bain assez chaude. Il y a aussi des chevaux pour tuer des poulets, mais il n'y a pas de temps pour expérimenter un peu désastreux. Environnement: 15 minutes de marche en bas, il y a de nouvelles légumes délicieuses. Service: Le petit frère du serveur est très jeune, aide à entrer dans la chambre + la voiture. Le patron est en train de se tourner à la réception, enthousiaste et hospitalier. Le patron de l'aéroport est toujours à plus de Ban Haha Haha à deux heures du matin. Il n'y a pas trop de temps pour expérimenter le service de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas venu à manger. Il y aura encore la chance de rentrer ici.

Cet hôtel est idéal pour tout le monde qui vient à Ankara pour séjourner dans un hôtel confortable et moderne situé dans une bonne partie de la ville et proche de nombreux attractions, avenues de loisirs et restaurants ainsi que à pied d'une partie vibrant. de Ankara connu sous le nom de Kızılay. L'ensemble du personnel est très aimable et prêt à assister tout le jour. L'atmosphère de l'hôtel est très relaxée et les chambres sont très spacieuses et décorées avec goût. La plus grande préoccupation que j'ai à voyager est la propreté de la chambre et les chambres de cet hôtel sont certainement très propres et le standard semble être maintenu de façon cohérente. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bon avec un mélange de délicieux turcs et d'autres produits continentals. Le service est rapide et tout le monde est très attentif. The hotel is located in the Embassy district so if you’re coming to Ankara for any official work or to apply for visas, it’s advisable to stay near the embassy in case you need to go back and out for documents or any printing/photocopying services which L'hôtel est également en mesure d'aider. Je pense que toutes les grandes ambassades situées à Ankara sont à 7-15 minutes de l'hôtel. Les hôtels Holiday Inn sont toujours de bonne valeur pour l'argent et ce qui vaut certainement votre temps et de l'argent si vous voulez un hébergement de luxe abordable dans la capitale ! Je recommanderais certainement à tous les types de voyageurs qui vont à Ankara dans un avenir proche

I had a love-hate experience with this hotel. I love its sense of luxury (except their SPA which can be better), and at the same time i hate the experience with the safety box incidence in my room which leads to the damage of my limited collection Timberland leather bag. But then i love the way they handled the incidence. After a series of negotiation, they bought me to a Panora Mall and let me choose a Tommy Hilfiger bag as a replacement. Of course the negotiation was not easy, but i congratulate them for finally deciding to do what is right to make a customer happy. Special thanks go to Mr Murak (one of the managers) who accompanied me to the mall and buy a new bag. When the incidence happened, i complained to three Managers, but only Mr Murak had the sense of empathy and followed up with this case closely till the top management of the hotel came down to tell me the good news of bag replacement. Thank you Mr Murak and team!

The stay at this hotel was ok. Breakfast was very good. Great location, in the modern part of Ankara, with many restaurants around the corner and a mall. There were a couple of situations that may require improvement. First, the hotel has a very limited number of parking places, and they ask for your car key and will park the car for you. For me, this is always a bit inconvenient, especially because we were on a long road trip and had things in the car we might need, or not (but surely we were not willing to bring ‘everything’ to the room). On the second day, when we got to the hotel, I parked in a spot where I saw they parked the guest cars themselves. But still they asked me for the key! When I tried to understand why, a small discussion took place, a mixture of discomfort and language difficulties, and I still don’t understand why they wanted to have the key. Anyway... Maybe it’s their standard procedure. The topic which definitely needs improvement is the early breakfast pack. My wife needed to catch a flight at 5 AM, and we all know what this means: getting something to eat at very early hours. Of course the reception staff offered to organize “breakfast packs” and bring them to the room. But there was no list to chose from. They mentioned the packs were standard, without options. When we got them, we were disappointed. If I remember well, each pack had 1 sandwich, 1 apple, 1 juice and 1 water bottle (!). Not the standard I expected from a Mövenpick. I suggest you have a short list of items, allowing guests to customize their packs a bit. Last year, we had a similar situation at Mövenpick Amman (Jordan), and the breakfast pack was much better. Of course, in both hotels, there was a coffee machine in the room.
