Altinel Ankara Hotel & Convention Center

Un hôtel ancien bien situé. Il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité et il se trouve à environ une demi-heure à pied du centre commercial. La chambre est assez grande, le lit est assez grand et le service est plutôt bon. Les configurations de base sont toutes là, et la baignoire est sympa. Mais les armoires et les tables sont plus anciennes, ainsi que l'équipement. Le sèche-cheveux de notre chambre s'est arrêté après avoir soufflé pendant une dizaine de secondes et n'a pas pu être utilisé. Ce n'était pas bien car le coffre-fort était petit et vieux. Le petit déjeuner semble moyen, pas trop varié.

I recently stayed at your hotel and I want to share my honest feedback regarding a few aspects of my experience. Firstly, I must express my disappoin**ent with the breakfast provided. The selection was quite limited, mainly consisting of dry hard bread and boiled eggs which were served daily. Additionally, it seemed that leftovers were sometimes served, which was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find out that the swimming pool was not operational during my stay. This was quite inconvenient as I was looking forward to enjoying this facility. In terms of the gym, I found it to be poor and not adequately maintained. The equipment was not in the best condition, which made it difficult to have a proper workout experience. One other point I would like to address is the policy of not allowing guests to bring any food or beverages into the hotel. While I understand the need for certain restrictions, this may be inconvenient for guests who prefer to have their own snacks or drinks with them. I write this email with the intention of providing constructive feedback, as I believe there is room for improvement

We have never been in Ankara before -- and heard no stories about the capital of Türkiye from our friends. We came for an international symposium held at the Ankara University. Firstly, the University campus is a big park (almost forest!) in the very centre of the city -- and it is amazing! The entire city is full of parks, green squares, public gardens... Public transportation (buses, underground) is perfect and cheap. Some places worth visiting are: 1. Anitkabir -- a memorial complex and symbolic mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. On the hill, in the very centre of the city, easily accessible and very impressive. It is the main National Memorial Centre, where all the important ceremonies take place. Apart of this, there is a perfect viewpoint with impressive panorama of the entire city. Worth a visit! 2. Ankara Castle -- a nicely preserved fortress building with a magnificent panoramic view above the city. Worth a visit, however, needs an effort to climb to the fortress, but it worth any effort. 3. The Museum of Anatolian Civilizations -- a real must to visit! It is an archeological museum with an outstanding collection of artifacts, from the Stone era, through the Bronze, and so on -- till the medieval period. All the artifacts are maintained in a very good condition, accessible and perfectly displayed and illuminated. One of the best collections we have ever seen! Do not miss this unique museum. Warmest recommendation to come and spend 2 - 3 hours, at least. You can easily find a lot of information on the web about these -- and more -- places of interest in Ankara, so I am not adding any photos. Probably, those you will find are better than mine... Few words more: The hotel we stayed Altinel Ankara Hotel -- is warmly recommended! The airport of Ankara is well designed, spacious and cosy.

Stayed for two nights only due to the vicinity of Anitkabir. I’m sure this hotel was grand in the day. I definitely would not return. The staff were amazing. The lobby looks and smells great. The lift well that’s when it started going down hill. When I walked out of the lift onto the 4th floor I saw a sen chair which was soiled dirty and then the carpet was disgraceful there were stains everywhere. When I walked into my room I was sharing with two other adults the smell was very offensive and old. The rooms are definitely 1970’s. The towels were old they too smelled and I had to call for more towels cause the ones folded had stains on them. The throw I had on the pull out out bed was also dirty with stains on it. Definitely not a hotel I would recommend to anyone. Breakfast was extremely ordinary and dry.

Lobby interior are are the only thing looking good, rooms are average, gym not working. Breakfast: had experienced juice is old and gone bad, milk gone bad and they have a rule not to bring any food inside. Front: Worst, No english, bad attitude Laundry: My booking included it daily but they rob you by not providing laundry bags daily, complaining does not have any effect, they just ignore. And yes you will get room number written on your cloths! And still be prepared to get some misplaced with others! My impression: Unless you want to stay in lobby, better to stay away.

İş için kaldığımız otelde üç gün kalmayı planlamıştık. Görünürde oda ihtiyacı karşılayacak gibiydi. Ama oda kirliydi, köşelerde tozlar birikmişti, yatak çok eskiydi, banyoda jakuzi alttan su akıtıyordu, su gideri olmadığı için su klozetin altına birikiyordu. Aynı şekilde köşelerde toz-saç birikmişti. Alerjisi olanlar için kalmak mümkün değil, o nedenle bir gece kalıp ayrıldık.

5 sene sonra 2.ziyaretiimdi. 5 sene onceki halinden eser yok harikulede bir otel haline gelmis. Asiri begendim. Oda hizmetinden restoranina herşey harikaydi. Bu degisimde emegi gecen herkese teşekkür ederim. Umarim bu kalite devam edecektir.

Kapı kartları sürekli sorun çıkarıyor nerdeyse hergün odaya girmeden kartı yeniliyoruZ,sigara içmediğimiz halde sigara dumanına maruz kaldık yan odada içilen sigara bizi rahatsı etti Park yeri araba anahtar bırakmayanlara tepkililer park yeri olduğu halde dışardan restoranta gelen misafirler yüzünden ben park yerı bulamadım , bunlar beş yıldız değil 4 yıldız bile daha iyi

Muy lindo hotel. No puedo hablar de la ubicación porque llegamos por la tarde tan cansados que no salimos para ver que había en sus alrededores. Camas cómodas. Agua en botella en la habitación, pava eléctrica, té, café, caja de seguridad. Buen desayuno. Cenamos el día que llegamos en el hotel.
