Afflon Hotels Loft City

Cet hôtel est situé à une courte distance de marche du principal quartier commerçant et des restaurants. Très proche des tramways. Notre chambre était très grande et spacieuse avec un balcon qui avait une vue sur la mer. Les seuls points négatifs étaient que 1.) la chambre avait un jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas 2.) c'est juste derrière une mosquée, donc vous entendez l'appel du matin

J'y ai passé 2 nuits lors d'une visite à Antalya. Cet hôtel de style occidental est situé derrière une rue animée. Il est à environ 15 minutes à pied de la vieille ville et à environ 20 minutes à pied de la plage. Le tram n'est également qu'à quelques minutes. De nombreux endroits pour manger et boire à proximité. La vue sur la mer n'est qu'à quelques minutes. Le personnel était professionnel. Ma chambre était standard et propre. Le petit-déjeuner était un petit-déjeuner typiquement turc. Dans l'ensemble, rien à redire !

Trendy and cool rooms yet the view was awful honestly with a super tiny window. location is good and near the downtown. Cleanliness was good. we did not have the time to try breakfast. Average I would say.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! Moment we got there, the reception had the feel of a 1 star. After checking in, our room was on the fifth floor and the lifts/elevators wasn't working. (great start) The room itself was aesthetically pleasing but that is when the compliments end. Me and my wife had a cup of tea and coffee inside our room when first arriving and in our 5 day stay the cups were never picked up by cleaning staff to clean until I had to tell the cleaner. Our bathroom/shower floor was not cleaned for 5 days until I reported it to reception after 4 days. The WiFi in the room was running at 2 mbps which is less than standard 4g network. Leading to our family of four not being able to connect our whole stay. We had breakfast the first morning we woke up there and it was so poor we didn't have breakfast again for the next four days. All the staff not one could speak English so trying to fix problems was impossible. On the forth day we had had enough so wanted to leave and not use our last resevered night, to which I demanded a refund for. I was passed onto multiple people (fobbed of) with the excuse of "no English, don't understand" after two hours and persistence I was eventually put on the a mobile phone call to a "manager" to which I was told I was lying about the accusations of problems. Then another hour later was told I couldn't get a refund due to the day being a Sunday and banks don't work on Sunday. (it was July 2023, not July 1983) To which the manager said she would give me a refund on the Monday the day after. We and my wife didn't trust her, so had no other chose but to stay that last night. The following day when checking out, I was given NO apologies what so ever. Please do not stay at this hotel. The worst hotel I have ever stay at in 40 years.

Not a safe Hotel. Our Group consisting of 23 couples checked in on 2nd October. On 3rd October, 2 rooms reported theft of Foreign Currency. One from the bag and another from the locker. The Hotel owner refuses to even accept the complaint. On insisting for camera footage, he says those particular cameras are not working. While checking around with other Hotel Guests, 2 Tanzanian women too have reported this theft. This seems to be an organized racket with the Hotel management in cahoots. Please do not book in this Hotel anymore.

Absolutely pathetic. First of all I have to say that the room was neat and clean, with soft beddings and a nice modern vibe. The biggest problem I have is with the front desk staff, specifically a racist **** named Hayri, who had no manners and no shame while he had a sudden outburst of anger towards me as I was checking in. I advise everyone to avoid going to this place until the reception staff is either changed or taught some basic etiquette on how to treat their guests,The manager /owners need to look into this before their own employees destroy their business.

Won't be to everyone's taste, but the modern look is cool. Room was fine and cabinetry had lots of space for luggage and personal items. No bedsheet, just a thin blanket on bed was narrower than the width of the bed which was a bit difficult for a couple to sleep under. Breakfast was great and staff were there when we needed.

This place is disgusting. Our room is filthy. The bath mat was dirty and wet from whoever stayed here before us. Here are the things that are dirty in our room: Floor Shower Toilet roll holder Towels Counters Walls Mini fridge No sheets for bed just a thin blanket kind of thing. Only one bath towel for two people. After asking twice still can’t get a second bath towel. The shower gel and other bath products have already been open and half used. Don’t stay here, it’s gross. 🤮
