Super hôtel tranquille avec grandes aires communes , le déjeuner excellent , staff sympathique :-) . Possibilité de recevoir un tres agreable et professionnel nassage dune massotherapeute qui vient à domicile . Une des chambres a une vue sur le volcan . Il y a de leau chaude dans l'évier et la douche , chose rare au Guatemala. J'y retournerai :-)

-Petit hôtel simple et charmant autour d’un jardin parfaitement entretenu -10 min à pied du centre -Accueil formidable -Petit déjeuner français (baguette et croissant inclus) -Chambre spacieuse avec vrai bureau qui permette le travail à distance si besoin. La connection wifi fonctionne dans les chambres. Daniel est une personne généreuse qui prend le temps de discuter avec chaque client le matin. Moto aficionado, il a même pris le temps pendant une matinée de me montrer les alentours en moto hors des sentiers touristiques. Excellente expérience

Nous avons passé deux séjours "chez Daniel" et y retournerons lors de notre prochain passage à Antigua pour la qualité de l'accueil, pour le confort et la propreté des chambres, grandes, avec une salle de bain très vaste avec baignoire. Nous y reviendrons aussi pour la gentillesse de Daniel, franco-americain, ancien photographe professionnel qui vit au Guatemala depuis près de 50 ans et qui passe au moment du petit déjeuner (croissant chaud et baguette fraiche) pour vous aider à bâtir le programme de la journée...bref un endroit très agréable où on a vite fait de se sentir "comme à la maison". A recommander !

- L'accueil est extraordinaire ! Daniel et son équipe font tout pour vous rendre le séjour inoubliable. Vous êtes reçus en francais,anglais ou espagnol. - Le petit-dejeuner est servi dans le patio, face à un joli jardin intérieur, avec vue sur le volcan "Agua". - Le petit-dejeuner est une référence à la française : baguette, croissant, fruits frais, jus d'oranges pressées, confitures locales... Incroyable！ - La chambre et la salle de bain sont vastes, très bien décorées avec les photos réalisées par notre hôte. - Une cuisine commune, avec tout le nécessaire, est mise à disposition. - Un parking privé rend le sejour sécurisé. - Vous êtes à 15' à pied du centre-ville et dans un quartier calme. - Possibilité de réserver une séance de massage de grande qualité !

Great place felt like home away from home. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean.We had our own parking inside. The area was very quiet and safe.Everything is walking distance. The hostesses were friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Wonderful place away from the center of Antigua. Peaceful location with breakfast, hot shower and spacious rooms. Veronica and Daniel are great too! I was there during a hot spell and Veronica got me a fan for the room. I would have liked more guests, cooler temperatures and no dogs barking but none of those things are in our control. I recommend Chez Daniel anytime. It was a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chez Daniel. The location is very quiet yet very close to everything. The room was very big, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Veronica is a gem, truly! She helped us a lot organizing the trips and helping with information about Antigua. We hope to return to Chez Daniel again

We had an excellent time at Chez Daniel. The staff was extremely attentive and helped us a lot with useful information and booking shuttle services. The location is perfect - on a quieter street, but a quick walk to the city center. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and huge. Highly recommend - especially because of how friendly, accommodating and helpful the staff is.

Wonderfully cozy and comfortable B&B in Antigua. Large rooms with large bathrooms. The beds are comfortable as well. The team at Chez Daniel are friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our breakfast of fresh fruit, coffee, croissant and warm baguette daily. This location is close enough to the center of town to be convenient and set till be in a quiet part of town. You are just a few minutes from great restaurants and coffee shops as well. We will definately be back.

Personable and hospitable staff. Homey. Appreciate that Daniel takes the time to welcome and visit with guests. Fairly quiet and safe neighborhood 20 minutes walking distance to Central Park. Awesome views of Agua Volcano and other volcanoes.

What a lovely surprise. Feather pillows, egyptian cotton sheets, fresh fruit, house made jam, fast internet, reliable hot water, well prepared guatemalan coffee (not the usual tinto) and a real croissant every morning! Truly gracious attention by Veronica and Candy - and legitimate art on the walls! But the best part of Chez Daniel is Daniel a charming and talented artist snd raconteur whose advice to a fellow photographer (myself) made my time in Antigua all the more special. What a very special place, a true bed and breakfast in the best sense and a place I hope to return to time and time again.

We really enjoyed our Chez Daniel experience. Antigua was our last stop on a 10-day tour of Guatemala and we were thoroughly impressed with the level of accommodations and service we received at Chez Daniel when compared to the other 2-star hotels we stayed at on our trip. The two things that stand out the most are: 1) Veronica is a gem. She sat down with us when we first arrived and walked us around the city on a map to point out all of the highlights of the city - and she was just generally helpful with questions throughout our stay; and 2) the breakfast was a really great surprise addition (no other hotel on our trip included breakfast). The croissants, breads, and jams were as good as anything we’ve had in Paris, if not better. And the fresh tropical fruit was great! All in all, we found Chez Daniel to be a lovely little spot to relax and unwind after exploring Antigua each day.
