Customer service was laughable. I reserved a room at this hotel in June for a July stay. My husband ended up checking us in to the hotel and used his CC as form of payment. At approximately 11pm that night, the gentleman working the front desk stated he tried running my card which is what I used hold the room and my husbands card and BOTH came back declined. He said, if this did not get resolved tonight, we'd have to leave the hotel immediately. So...down I went with both cards in hand and within minutes of me standing there, he said everything went through. He apologized up and down. I shook my head and just let it go. Well, on Monday I went and checked my online banking and noticed a charge for $210.90 went through on both mine and my husbands cards. Called them Tuesday -lots of back n forth, after the GM returned from vacation. In one email she stated that she was too busy to deal with my issue. After some investigation, she said there no charge in their records under my CC, she was only able to provide me a receipt for my husbands. Here I sit...2 weeks later and nothing has been fixed. Nothing reimbursed...no apologies, NOTHING! I did file a dispute with my credit union, and I assume they'll do their thing. Room was fine, nothing great to back up their 3 start rating. Will not be back.
