Ma famille a passé un merveilleux séjour ici. L'hôtel nous offre un service de qualité supérieure, en particulier pour nos enfants, leur service de majordome est également exceptionnel, ce qui nous a permis de passer un voyage sans problème, même en cas de mauvaises conditions météorologiques à cause de la fermeture du parc, ils proposent toujours de nombreuses activités. pour que nous puissions garder nos enfants heureux tout le temps. La source chaude ici offre beaucoup de choix, bon pour les petits et les adultes. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré notre séjour ici et le recommandons vraiment à tous ceux qui pourraient être intéressés à visiter la montagne Changbai. . L'hôtel Beipo à Weier offre un accès VIP à la montagne Changbai Tianchi, ce qui permet d'économiser beaucoup de temps et d'énergie. Le service de majordome est excellent et très bien pour les enfants. Les deux enfants l'aiment beaucoup. Le paradis des enfants intérieur et extérieur, le joli paradis des animaux de compagnie, la piscine thermale intégrée et l'aire de jeux aquatiques pour enfants occuperont complètement les enfants lorsqu'ils ne pourront pas se rendre sur le site pittoresque.

Excellent service from all the hotel staff especially xiao du , she help us to arrange the car for pick up services.. the breakfast here is the best among the hotel I have stay in Chang Shan, the facilities in the hotel is well equipped, you can spend full day in hotel to enjoy their facilities, do visit their ginseng souvenir shop, the price is cheaper compared to other places

Me and my wife had a great time at Crown Plaza Hotel Chanbaishan. Unfortunately we were not able to climb the mountain due to the weather but the hot spring and hot pot was well worth the stay. The hotel staff 莹莹 and 小庄 were super helpful and friendly throughout the trip, giving us timely service through wechat. ps don’t forget to visit the very friendly dogs at the back of the hotel🦮😍

Except for the location which is 45-min drive from the nearest town 二道白河镇 but it’s located next to the entrance of Chang Bai Shan North Entrance. Perfect if you are visiting Heavenly Lake and surrounding places inside the national park. Our room rate included activities to the Heavenly Lake, 3-hour ski experience, Demonic Rafting and 5-D theatre experience. I must say it’s worth every penny. We were also entitled to unlimited entrance to the volcanic hot spring located inside the hotel. The butler service is tip-top offering us complimentary fruit platter every evening and helped to plan our 4 days itineraries. I would definitely come back again to crown Plaza for its EXCELLENT service! Well done. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏼

Had a great stay at Crowne Plaza! Although Tianchi main peak was closed, the GSM Ming Zou provided superb service throughout, helping me arrange all the activities I was interested in. Her service really made the difference between a good stay and a wonderful one.

Great breakfast option, vip channel to changbaishan is very convenient and effective. Zouming, Penny, Zhuang is very kind and helpful.

The room was spacious, the hot springs were exceptional, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options (though not entirely to my personal taste). Most importantly, the butler service (管家莹莹 小張）was outstanding. From the moment of arrival, throughout the stay, and even during outings, the staff provided comprehensive 24-hour assistance. They followed up on every detail and ensured everything ran smoothly, creating a truly welcoming and home-like experience. The level of care and attention made me feel like a valued guest at every turn, leaving a lasting impression on the overall quality of my stay.

The stay at Crowne has been perfect. View from the hotel is beautiful. It’s an all in one location, the kids refused to leave the hotel. Both Xiaodu and Ying Ying has been superb in assisting with our needs. Service is impeccable. Thank you for the awesome stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views. The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter! With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

We stayed 2 nights in Crowne Plaza and it’s a wonderful experience! They assigned assistant 莹莹 and 小杜 during the stay and both of them have been very helpful and patience with all our enquiries, from travel itinerary, facilities, feedbacks and transport arrangement. They also sent us ginger tea and fruits when we ended our activities. We are carefree during this period and just enjoy ourselves in Changbaishan. The hotspring is very well maintained and pet paradise is contented as well. Will definitely visit again!

this resort is comprehensive. my family enjoy the stay. The hot spring is within the building. There is a small animal encounter area beside the resort. U can pay RMB12 for a cup of carrot to feed animals. The staffs are friendly and helpful and specially thanks to Zou Ming, she has helped to waive my children's breakfast charge as they are taller than required height. and she help us to arrange Changbaishan scenic tickets which is hard to get as an international tourist.
