« 春節期間住宿的真實點評，首先聲明是有一説一，有優點也有很大缺點，羅列如下：第一：房間風景確實不錯，地段靠近金沙灣海景長廊，樓下的商鋪吃飯購物很方便，定的高層海景套房，在客廳和生卧確實可以看到海景，第二：套房內的電熱水器容量太小，春節期間天氣冷，每個人洗澡都要快速的在3-5分鐘內洗完，否則熱水立馬要變冷水，下一個人要洗澡，至少要等40分鐘才有能再次洗3-5分鐘的熱水澡，第三，衞生間洗臉盆上水龍頭上黑色污漬太嚴重，如圖一所示，搞衞生的阿姨，不知道是怎麼看的？第四，衞生間洗澡的噴頭花灑是沒發掛着的，因固定花灑的掛件不知道是什麼原因，竟然是擰反的，如圖2、圖3所示，扭都扭不動，第五：衞生間馬桶左邊地勢低，很容易積水，天氣冷，穿着襪子，踩在積水上，容易濕，也容易滑倒，第六：房間內有燃氣，配有鍋具，還有碗碟，可以買海鮮來自己煮，確實很方便，這點很是喜歡，總之，若洗澡的熱水器容易更換大一些，洗澡的花灑噴頭設施調整好，衞生搞得更乾淨些，還是一個在湛江旅遊度假很不錯的可選擇的公寓 »

IInvité房間很乾凈，酒店環境設施也不錯，樓下就是金沙灣海灘，超適合家庭親子出行。酒店還配備有洗衣機和烘乾機，有消毒液和洗衣液，很安心。早餐品種建議可以更多一點，沙拉的種類有點少。蝦餃和粉類很好吃，雞翅建議可以做辣和不辣兩種，這樣年紀小的孩子也可以吃。如果酒店看見這條評價，麻煩告知一下酒店餐廳的辣椒醬是什麼牌子的，真的很好吃😋
