We recommend keeping windows closed at night to mitigate the sound but you will hear them as it is apart of life for any property that is close to the beach in oceanside. If you'd like to travel up the coast it is a great means of transportation for all!The apartment is located 1 block to the ocean. Very walkable to the Oceanside Pier.With the cool ocean breeze 365 days a year it is very common for Southern California homes to not offer central AC. Since we are very close to the beach, you can feel the ocean breeze cools down the home. Each bedroom and the living room is also equipped with ceiling fans in addition to a portable fan we provide. As soon as the Sun goes down the temperature drops and gets very cool. If you still find the need for Air Conditioning, we have a portable standup AC unit setup in the living room for your use.
