Average.... Pro's - Friendly staff - Multi lingual - Rooms clean - No issues with washing machine - Jacuzzi was a hit for the kids Cons - Gym outdated and has to be booked same time as spa. - Sofa bed was horrific. I slept on it a week and had lack of sleep, it was creaky and you could feel the springs through it :-( - Couldn't stream on TV I.e YouTube as signal kept dropping It's in a good location but be warned.... its an uphill walk going back and so difficult carrying small children ski equipment/walking in ski boots. If you'd like to stay here to save a bit of cash try renting ski lockers up the mountain. We ended up paying £90 to literally keep them at the bottom of the gondola as they had sold out at the top. TIP: If you are going skiing buy the lunch vouchers they are worth every penny.

Very good customer service, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms where spacious and had everything needed for a weeks stay The sauna and jacuzzi was a lovely addition once you come off the slopes. The price of the drinks in the restaurant where very cheap compared to other restaurants in Andorra.

Arriving at the aparthotel, we were mesmerised by the beautiful scenery of the majestic mountains. Upon entering the hotel, there is a beautiful smell of cleanliness and baked delicacies (since we arrived in the morning). The apar**ent was very clean, having every possible commodity. Considering there were pets in other rooms, we never heard any barking. There is also a trampoline and small swings for children to enjoy. The spa is very pleasant, especially after a day of skiing. The staff always approached us with a warm smile and helpfulness. The breakfast is delicious, with different choices of juices, hot beverages, cereal, yoghurt, baked delicicassents, ham and cheese and bread. Parking was also provided by the hotel in their own area just adjacent to the aparthotel. Having the commodities of microwave and stove it is ideal with children who would want to eat or cook a snack. The cable car to go up to the mountains is also close by and if you don't feel like using your car to go or walking there is also a free bus. We highly recommend it and definitely will revisit when going to Andorra.

I should have stayed here as a group of friends in Feb 21 but due to covid was unable too. The team at the hotel was excellent in refunding the original monies paid and allowing to rebook again for the same time this year. Unfortunately one family were unable to travel and were given until 3 weeks before making the final decision to cancel. Also helped with all kinds of queries over the last 12 months and so accommodating, would recommend to stay here.

We stayed for 3 nights in a 1-bedroom apar**ent with balcony. It was warm, comfortable (especially the huge bed) and well equipped if there for a longer stay. At €5 a head, we opted to have breakfast everyday, a bargain for fresh coffee and a cold buffet choices. We also enjoyed a glass or two of wine in the bar before heading into town for dinner, chatting with the friendly staff who spoke english and french. It's a 4-500m walk downhill to the gondola in the morning which might be a struggle if you are herding small children too. You can avoid an uphill walk in the afternoon by returning by the chairlift which is above the hotel, for a similar distance walk downhill. We didn't try out the spa facilities, but these could be booked for a private 45-minute slot on a sheet in the breakfast room. Its a really lovely friendly place, with great apar**ents but all the benefits of a hotel. The thing that really makes it stand out is the helpfulness of the staff. They were helpful with tips all through our stay but really saved us on our last morning. After -15 degrees temperature overnight, our car battery failed, and one of the staff rushed home to get jump leads and got our car started. Thank you Alberto!! We will be back for more later in the winter, and also in the summer months to investigate some of the Arinsal hiking and biking trails.

Pasamos un fin de semana con la excusa de disfrutar de los últimos días de nieve de esta temporada. No conocíamos el alojamiento y nos sorprendió muy positivamente. Se nota que ha sido reformado recientemente y la habitación es perfecta. Todo limpio y amplio, y totalmente equipado. Las vistas desde el balcón son fantásticas y permite seguir disfrutando del entorno cuando estás descansando en la habitación. El desayuno totalmente recomendable. La atención del personal fue inmejorable, en concreto Rosa nos ayudó a sacar el máximo provecho de nuestra estancia, ofreciéndonos el uso del SPA del hotel y con recomendaciones perfectas para nosotros.

Estuvimos alojados un fin de Semana. Está muy bien el sitio, lo mejor el personal que nos trató de lujo. A destacar Rosa que hizo de nuestra estancia unos días más agradables y cómodos. Nos sentimos muy mimados y cuidados por ella. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas con todo lo necesario.

solemos ir a esquiar a Pal y alojarnos en Pal o xixerella, pero esta vez nos decantamos por Arinsal. Bonito pueblo y el apartamento al final ya cercano a pista de arinsal. Puedes bajar al telecabina andando si quieres pero ubicación más tranquila. Nos dieron el superior en el 4º piso con vista excelentes al valle hacia Pal, precioso ya que nos nevó dos dias. El apartamento tiene 2 habitación independientes, un baño amplio y otro integrado en la habitación de matrimonio. en el salon con balcón durmió nuestro hijo mayor en el sofá cama. la cocina muy bien equipada y con lavavajillas y horno así como nevera, secadora y microondas, además de tostadoras y hervidora. todo muy limpio. calefacción perfecta y muy calentito. TV enorme con netflix.Aunque había opción de desayuno, al final preferimos quedarnos en el apto. La recpeción superamables , pudimos comprar pan a diario recien hecho. si tuviera que decir algun pero, unicamente que el ascensor esta un poquito viejito aunque fuciona perfectamente y que tengais en cuenta que no hay garaje aunque fuera hay mucho sitio para aparcar.

Apartamento amplio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario, muy silencioso y con terraza con muy buenas vistas. Pudimos aparcar con facilidad todos los días. Excelente el trato de todo el personal, muy familiar. Para repetir!!
