Avis : Holiday Inn National Airport/Crystal City

This hotel is about 1 km from the Crystal City Metro Station, and about 200 ms from a CVS Pharmacy Store which is open 24 hours. A McDonalds is right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for a quick snack. There is free airport shuttle, but understand at some times, there is insufficient capacity for guests. For example, I arrived at 10:00pm at DCA Airport, after waiting the 30 mins for the shuttle at the airport, it arrived with no room for luggage or passengers. Told there was one more shuttle coming, (another 30 mins) so I decided to take lyft/uber for $20 to the hotel, with another guest from the hotel. While it is 1 mile from the airport, its a little difficulty with luggage. The hotel itself is old, but well maintained. The bathrooms have a noisy fan, every time the light go on. The desk is too high, and chair is not sufficient for effective computer work, because of the height issue. Still, the room is spacious and beds are comfortable. There is $50 deposit charge for incidentals per night not per stay. I requested a room with airports views and was given the best the hotel could - a glimpse through the surrounding buildings to river and some view of planes. Overall, this hotel represents very good value for money, particularly considering the 4 July celebrations. My 4 night stay was significantly less than other hotels in the area. I would certainly recommend this hotel and it is still good choice to visit Washington sights, without the high cost of hotels closer to downtown. And the walk to metro is about 10 to 15 mins.

The location is great with free shuttle to DCA airport. It is a decent hotel worth the price.

Hotel is clean, accessible, within my work area. Staff are very accommodating, friendly and approachable.

The bulb at the entrance was not working. Curtain rod was broken.

就在機場邊上，取了行李就看到班車過來了，很方便。酒店有些年代，但是設施方便，隔音也好。早餐質量不錯，出差推薦。

總的來説可以，但是吃飯比較麻煩，還要拿餐券，然後才能去吃早餐，不像其他假日酒店直接去吃早飯就行了。

除了靠近機場，有穿梭巴士接送這點方便以外，沒有任何優點！前台的服務很差，很惡劣，我們住三天，居然扣了我們530塊錢的按金，而且故意不發早餐卷！這個工作人員惡劣至極！我們會一直追蹤投訴下去，讓全世界都知道他的嘴臉！通過攜程投訴承認多扣了¥380，至今半個多月過去了，都還沒有退還，這是一家品質很差的酒店，建議大家不到萬不得已，千萬別去住！

喜歡這家酒店，機場有shuttle 來回，司機很友好。距離地鐵站Crystal city 走路9分鐘，如果不開車是非常方便出行的，去博物館坐地鐵很快。房間夠大，晚上也安靜，有微波爐，旁邊是McDanld 和CVS。

공항에 가깝고 공항 셔틀을 운행해서 편리합니다. 시내 지하철역(crystal statation)도 가깝고 쇼핑도 가능해서 위치상으로도 좋습니다

因航班延誤臨時在華盛頓過夜。 酒店很不錯哦， 地理位置極佳，衞生好，空間大。 酒店人員服務好，環境也安靜。是個不錯的選擇。
