Hotel TerraTacuara

To be honest be careful with this hotel. Basically we reserve it on April 2024. I went there with some friends (the first thing that we noticed is the road to the hotel is the worst thing that I've ever seen before) so we arrived at the hotel and we explanied to the managed that the car that we rented is kinda small car, so get in there is just a nigh**are for that car (so we cannot stay there). She just told to us: "What else we can do?" (remember I explained carefully and with all the respect). At the end, we left because they didn't tell us anything (we waited around 30 minutes for her, and she didn't tell us anything). There's only one route to go and come back (as I mentioned before is the worst road that I've ever seen before). So at the beginning of the road was around 2 cops there waiting for us, so you can imagine the bad time there. At the end (even if the booking platform tell us that the cancellation is free - please remember that we didn't check in on the Hotel we arrived early just to see all the things there but we're on route to Eje Cafetero, so we just stopped to check the Hotel). They forced us to pay 150$ of 170$ (that was the total for the hotel). Isn't about the money, I didn't care that. Basically, it was the bad time they put us through and that they branded us as thieves when we didn't even receive a service and even the booking platform told us that we didn't have to pay anything because we hadn't even checked in. This was my experience without a doubt I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, and I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN. My recommendation is to avoid it altogether (If you don't want to be scammed).

The only things LGBTQI about this place are the rainbow flags. The place is not owned nor ran by LGBTQI people. This place is SOOOO bad, where do I begin? If you are lucky enough to get towels, these are old and stained. The swimming pool furniture have seen better days. The food and cocktails are awful. Did I say the food was awful? I mean AWFUL. We tried many different dishes. They ran out of ingredients for basic dishes like scramble eggs with tomatoes (a staple in the coffee region) Oh, and the coffee. I can't. It was an insult to the coffee region. The two rooms we stayed in (don't ask) didn't have a small fridge nor a coffee maker. I know, I know, what do you expect from a hotel in the middle of the country side. Well, for the price we paid, the least we could've had, was good coffee in the morning. The only thing that saves this place is the cleaning crew and service people (Sofia, Julio, Angie) who try to make so much with the VERY little resources the hotel provides. The manager is NOT helpful at all. She asked us how our stay was and when we told her the things we weren't happy with, she was noticeable upset. So much that on our last day we asked for "empanadas" to eat while we waited for the "feast" we expected for the "END OF YEAR" celebration, and we were basically ignored. Empanadas never arrived. Speaking of the End of Year "celebration", we paid for a "feast" which included a choice of "turkey" or chicken. The turkey was: three slices of cold cut turkey (looked like ham). We laughed so hard. Our expectations by this time were very low...but DAMN. We just had to laugh about it. Oh, and there were no fireworks as promised. Again, we weren't shocked. Also, this place is not really pet-friendly either. Overall, we stayed Dec 29 2022 - Jan 1 2023 and not ONCE, was our dog given even a small treat. Or water. Mind you, we always travel with our dog, so, he's got his own treats and food, but...it's the small details that count, you know? I mean, a couple arrived with their dog and they forgot to bring kibbles. They were told the hotel didn't have any and he'd have to travel 15-20 minutes to a store to get it. I kid you not! The best thing about this place? Their Instagram marketing strategy. Go somewhere else.

Lo único bueno es la comodidad de la habitación, las fotos corresponden al lugar y la cama estaba en buenas condiciones. El baño tiene mucho por mejorar, la ducha era incómoda y su temperatura era difícil de controlar. Aunque el lugar tiene buenas instalaciones, la experiencia fue opacada por un PÉSIMO SERVICIO teniendo en cuenta: * La fiesta de San Silvestre el 31 de Dic, por la que nos animamos a ir, fue un fracaso total. No tenían claro donde desarrollar la fiesta, la orquesta fue hasta las 11:30 pm dañando el ambiente de la noche. Las uvas y el brindis parecían programadas para el año entrante porque todo llegó tarde y finalmente no hubo nada de lo esperado * La cena programada y que nunca se informó el costo con anticipación, resultó ser cara para el desastre que sirvieron. Uno de los platos tenía un alambre y ni siquiera venía con vino incluido. Antes el incidente no cambiaron el plato, no ofrecieron excusas, ni una mínima preocupación y si no es porque lo comentamos, nos habrían cobrado el valor total como si nada hubiese pasado. * Recomendamos no pedir nada sin antes asegur**** del precio * Servicio de restaurante demorado y con problemas en sus comandas * La vía de acceso es fatal, recomendamos ir en volqueta y debes estar dispuesto a programar muy bien tus salidas porque es demasiado lejos de los sitios de atracción, una vez entras no vas a querer salir, no por lo ameno, sino por lo apartado. * El check out tardó más de una hora, ineficiente y no tenían ni los consumos. * Se nota su afán por cobrar todo como un servicio de lujo y, aunque sus precios no son exagerados, si están muy elevados para lo que finalmente ofrecen

Amo estar allí es un lugar mágico ,cuenta con varias áreas donde pueda encontrar tranquilidad, lo más lindo es que puedes ir con tus amigos perrunos ,la comida es deliciosa,la atención espetacular ,se los recomiendo. Tiene variedades de plantas, zonas verdes muy agradables. Las habitaciones son súper cómodas , cuenta con zona de bronceo 🤩

El hotel tiene un diseño lleno de color y naturaleza, cómodas y limpias habitaciones, de todo nuestro agrado😊, buena comida, ventilacion, zonas comunes agradables, una piscina excelente, en la noche buena iluminacion

Lugar muy tranquilo y con todas las comodidades para un buen descanso. Las instalaciones se ajustan a la necesidad del huésped como lo son son zonas humedad, espacios para juegos, fogata y bar La atención es excelente y la comida deliciosa!!

La atención fue muy buena y las habitaciones eran como se veía en las fotos. El desayuno incluido estaba muy rico, nos atendieron muy bien a mi familia y a mi, sin duda volvería por la tranquilidad que se siente

la tranquilidad, la atención del personal especialmente de la Srta. Eliana y la Srta. Sol, que amabilidad, la comida deliciosa, todos los espacios del hotel muy aseados y ordenados, me encantaron los gatos, las flores y toda la flora con la cuenta el hotel, las camas y las almohadas calificación 100, las hamacas que descanso tan espectacular, me encanto que en el restaurante los individuales son juegos de stop espectacular para compartir con toda la familia sin importar la edad, hicimos uso de todos los juegos de mesa que tienen en el restaurante, la noche de fogata super, los cantantes, la elección de los temas de las canciones, toda mi familia quedo encantada y satisfecha de la estadía en el hotel terra tacuara, ah! y los precios cómodos, además que esta en una de las regiones turísticas por excelencia. este hotel es como los carnavales, QUIEN LO VIVE ES QUIEN LO GOZA, Gracias Terra Tacuara, por darle felicidad a mi familia. por favor para acomodación en Diciembre, ya esta disponible la agenda para separar?
