In the district of Distelberg 5.5 km from the centre of Stumm, 7 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 7 km from the centre of Aschau, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the lake, 6.5 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: property. Children's playground (swing, sandbox). Private: small garden 40 m2, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 6.5 km, restaurant 50 m, indoor swimming pool 6 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 12 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 6 km. Very nice and fairly new apartment in a beautiful location. The owners are very sweet and friendly. The road from the valley to the house is quite steep and narrow. Once there you can enjoy a beautiful view and a cozy nearby 'Jausenstation'. Delicious foo
