Forget about the reviews from a couple of years ago. The hotel is in the middle of a renovation, and it was nice. All new furniture in the room, a remodeled bathroom, a huge TV, and fresh sheets. There was no breakfast there, but with a cheaper rate, I did not expect any. There are restaurants nearby if you need to eat. We ended up door-dashing, and the food was delivered to us in minutes. The woman in the front lobby was nice and very helpful. She made check-in and check-out a breeze.

The room was nice, and clean. The price was great. The hotel did have a nasty oder in the halls. It would have been nice to have seating in the smoking areas.

My room was clean did not smell like smoke. Everybody was friendly all the staff I am talking about and it was quiet cause I sleep in the morning.

The room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was the room "310, was right next to the elevator and that the, online price said $55 a night and when I got there in person the clerk said the lowest room rate in existence on any given night on the computer was $79 a night.

The gentleman here very friendly and helpful best choice for a hotel. The convention location nearby restaurants and highway and very close to the university and diverse night life walking distance is a plus to all the local fast food restaurants as well as Tanger outlet

The place was very clean, the room was very nice, great customer service and all for a low price! It is also located in a very convenient place close to the airport and large shopping center. Despite this, it is also nestled in a quite loved neighborhood. I liked the cozy bedding the most! We will stay again!

The hostess Terrisa was a delight! best part of my stay was seeing her tbh , besides that the rooms are very nice and clean! there’s also great options for food and accessories right around the corner so it’s a convenient stay and 10-15 away from the city

A quiet hotel just removed from a main stretch in Asheville, great super friendly hotel staff, that made sure all of our needs were met. The rooms were clean, microwave and refrigerator worked great, the bathrooms were clean and well maintained

Clean everyone is nice especially Teresa the front desk lady she is a sweetheart beds are comfy love the walk in shower pet friendly lots of places to go around to do stuff when you need something they are always there to help walking distance to stores too
