I recently redeemed my complimentary night with breakfast at the Ritz Carlton Astana and the experience was delightful. Club Connoisseur members benefit from several perks, one of which is a free night in a deluxe room, which oozed luxury and comfort. That night I also took advantage of my 20% off a cocktail master class that was interesting, fun, and relaxing. I would like to acknowledge several staff members who made a great impression on me for their professionalism, kindness, and competence. At check-in, Aslan the bellman, braved semi-apocalyptic weather (gale force winds and sheets of rain) to open the very heavy hotel doors for me and retrieve my bag from the taxi. Altynay, the receptionist, checked me in and gave me a beautiful room on a high floor so I could enjoy a view of the city. Sayan, who is in charge of Club Connoisseur, was there to welcome me in person and wish me a nice stay. Later, after I came back from the spa, I had to go back to reception as, embarrassingly, I couldn’t remember my room number (I’d lost the key card sleeve Altynay had given me with the room number on it). Ulkbek, at reception, quickly found me in the system and kindly offered to give me a new sleeve so I wouldn’t forget my room number again. I accepted the offer! That night I went to the cocktail master class at Mokki and, after Aizhan the hostess (who recognized me!) showed me to my seat, Alexander, the mixologist, made it fun, lighthearted, and educational. I now know how to make 4 different kinds of summer spritz cocktails! I met a French-Canadian couple at the class, and we spoke French a lot. At some point, Aidana, who was waiting on the master class participants, made a great impression on all of us when she asked us in flawless French, which one of the snacks we would prefer! She also was kind enough to give me snacks on soft bread as I have braces and cannot bite into hard foods. The next morning, I had breakfast at Mokki. The eggs were perfect and Symbat made me the perfect weak americano coffee I prefer to drink in the morning. Alfonso greeted me in Italian – always nice to see him! Even Altynay, who is in charge of marketing at the hotel, came to greet me and ask how my stay was going. At checkout, Mukhtar came to get my bag from my room and carry it down to the lobby. At reception, Nargiza checked me out quickly and efficiently and that was the end of a very special 24 hours. At least, this time, Aslan didn’t have to brave the elements when he helped me with my bag to the cab! Apologies for the very long-winded review, but the level of attention I received from everyone I have named (and perhaps some I forgot) required special mention. I felt very special and pampered by everyone and I will certainly be back. The training the Ritz Carlton Astana employees receive is working and congratulations to all!

L'hôtel est bon. Il pourrait être fini sur lui. Si sérieux, commentaires, en grande partie pas. Bons chambres, personnel très bien équipé, délicieux petit-déjeuner. En dehors, quelque chose semble inexplicable à des hôtels turcs, mais il est subjectif. Je recommande.

La position est bonne, l'hôtel est également très bon, la chambre est grande, le petit déjeuner est également très bon, à proximité du centre-ville, des attractions marquées par le centre-ville.

Le COMMANDING ... Astana ... L'hôtel est généralement bon, mais ne fait pas le retrait jusqu'à 4* Tout a commencé avec le fait que nous et mon collègue sommes arrivés à 6 heures et se sont réservés à 7 heures à l'hôtel. La chambre était très confortable et très confortable. Mon collègue ne fermait pas la fenêtre, depuis la première fois qu'ils ne pouvaient pas fermer et qu'ils voulaient déjà offrir une autre chambre, mais la fenêtre était fermée miraculeux))))) Dans l'ensemble, la chambre était spacieuse, Mais nous étions à la température de la rue - 20-30C dans la chambre était terriblement froide, les batteries n'ont pas fonctionné. Dans la salle de bain, il n'y a pas de joint mais seulement de verre sur la moitié, pas convenable, beaucoup de laine tombe sur le sol, il n'y a pas de séchoir, c'est un échec simple! Le petit déjeuner est très rare, il ne fond que peu sur la plaque, apporte peu de nourriture.

Bon hôtel d'affaires environ à moitié de la route entre la tour de Bayterek et les sites d'exposition.Le personnel parle en grande partie anglais,les touristes ne jouent pas grand-chose là, parce qu'ils n'ont pas de brochures ou même un plan urbain et savent aussi Absolument rien,si on le demande.Carte anglaise dans le restaurant n'existe pas non plus.Mais le petit déjeuner dans 17.Stock est OK avec super vue.Les chambres sont très grandes, propre, nettoyage quotidien des chambres.Réfrigérateur et WiFi fonctionnaient.Super sont les doubles, supprimer tout bruit.

Cet hôtel est très nouveau et propre. Le personnel était ami et utile. Bon petit déjeuner buffet. Les chambres sont petites, mais attrayantes. Cependant, il y a très limité des étages ou un espace de stockage si vous voyagez avec plus de bagages de base. Nous étions là en avril et nous n'avons pas pu contrôler la température de la chambre qui était inconfortablement chaude même avec la fenêtre ouverte.

Bien, il y a un spa en bas, c'est un massage féminin, un massage de routes sauvages. Au début, elle sauta sur mon dos, a soufflé un souffle, puis elle entendait deux coups de poing sur mon dos et puis une opération de trucs de poing. Je suis vraiment étonnée de savoir comment elle pouvait être si peu professionnelle. C'est aussi confiant.

Je suis vraiment impressionné par la gentillesse, l'hospitalité et le service de tous les membres du personnel de cet excellent hôtel moderne - dans une excellente position. séjour sans flamme. Suite magnifique avec très bon accueil du vin kazakh et un souvenir Yurt dans ma suite. Cet hôtel est très bon, très confortable et très bon. Vous ne pouvez pas dire assez de bonnes choses sur cet hôtel superbe. Le chauffeur Hilton m'a rencontré à l'aéroport. Vraiment sympathique bienvenue. Les suggestions touristiques locales données par le bureau frontal. Excellente recommandation. Un employé spécial mérite de faire mention de la plus amicale et la plus gentille cabine de petit déjeuner que j'ai rencontrée depuis des années. Il mérite ”Employee of the month”. Il a donné la plus gentle, la plus authentique hospitalité kazakh et juste m'a fait sentir si bienvenue. J'ai une photo ci-dessous mais je ne peux pas me souvenir de son nom malheureusement. La plus haute recommandation pour cet hôtel merveilleux - une belle Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, et le centre de la ville est très bien situé.

Excellent international breakfast. Very helpful staff fluent in English. Good location for the Great Mosque and Expo Centre, a short taxi ride from the city centre. Very clean and comfortable room with all mod cons.
