Nice welcoming by the team, I had luck to have a room with window that can be opened to get some fresh air. Despite the renovation that was ongoing it was quite and comfortable stay. Location was fine for me as my business meetings were close to the hotel and at the hotel, in the lobby bar.

I recently redeemed my complimentary night with breakfast at the Ritz Carlton Astana and the experience was delightful. That night I also took advantage of my 20% off a cocktail master class that was interesting, fun, and relaxing. I would like to acknowledge several staff members who made a great impression on me for their professionalism, kindness, and competence. At check-in, Aslan the bellman, braved semi-apocalyptic weather (gale force winds and sheets of rain) to open the very heavy hotel doors for me and retrieve my bag from the taxi. Altynay, the receptionist, checked me in and gave me a beautiful room on a high floor so I could enjoy a view of the city. Sayan, who is in charge of Club Connoisseur, was there to welcome me in person and wish me a nice stay. Later, after I came back from the spa, I had to go back to reception as, embarrassingly, I couldn’t remember my room number (I’d lost the key card sleeve Altynay had given me with the room number on it). Ulkbek, at reception, quickly found me in the system and kindly offered to give me a new sleeve so I wouldn’t forget my room number again. I accepted the offer! That night I went to the cocktail master class at Mokki and, after Aizhan the hostess (who recognized me!) showed me to my seat, Alexander, the mixologist, made it fun, lighthearted, and educational. I now know how to make 4 different kinds of summer spritz cocktails! I met a French-Canadian couple at the class, and we spoke French a lot. At some point, Aidana, who was waiting on the master class participants, made a great impression on all of us when she asked us in flawless French, which one of the snacks we would prefer! She also was kind enough to give me snacks on soft bread as I have braces and cannot bite into hard foods. The next morning, I had breakfast at Mokki. The eggs were perfect and Symbat made me the perfect weak americano coffee I prefer to drink in the morning. Alfonso greeted me in Italian – always nice to see him! Even Altynay, who is in charge of marketing at the hotel, came to greet me and ask how my stay was going. At checkout, Mukhtar came to get my bag from my room and carry it down to the lobby. At reception, Nargiza checked me out quickly and efficiently and that was the end of a very special 24 hours. At least, this time, Aslan didn’t have to brave the elements when he helped me with my bag to the cab! Apologies for the very long-winded review, but the level of attention I received from everyone I have named (and perhaps some I forgot) required special mention. I felt very special and pampered by everyone and I will certainly be back. The training the Ritz Carlton Astana employees receive is working and congratulations to all!

На ресепшн относятся так, будто я бесплатно пожить очень слезно попросилась. Никто не улыбается, никто не рад видеть. Заселение в 3, мы приехали в 4. Нам дали от номера карточки, я спросила красивый ли вид. На что сотрудник ответила: нормальный. А мне нормальный не нужен. Мы приехали на день рождения мужа. Я заранее звонила и просила определенный вид, говорила, что праздник. Меня уверили, что будет красивый вид и сладкий комплимент. Естественно не было никаких комплиментов, даже устно с днем рождения никто не поздравил. Номер с видом нам пришлось ждать еще час. У нас был оплачен представительский номер. Мы сказали, что пойдем подождать этот час в представительский лаундж. Ключ нам пока не дали, но сотрудник сказала, что позвонит и предупредит, чтобы нам открыли. Мы подняли, стояли под дверью 10 минут, никто не открыл. Я звонила на ресепшн, мне пообещали еще раз передать. Нам все равно никто не открыл, пришлось спускаться. С нами поднялся сотрудник. Оказалось, что его карта не работает. В итоге 30 минут нас гоняли туда сюда и только после этого открыли. Представительский лаундж смех. Никаких закусок там нет. Лежат несколько фруктов, стоит гора воды и поменьше сока. Только после того, как мы просидели минут 10 вынеси 2 бутылки вина уже начатые и пиво в холодильник. Вопрос зачем их вообще прячут? В чем тогда смысл этого лаунджа. В 5 часов нас заселили. В номере не было ни одного халата, полотенца на одного и отсутствие зубных щеток. Я позвонила на ресепшн, мне пообещали принести. Прошло 30 минут, я снова позвонила. Мне снова пообещали. В итоге 40 минут мы ждали. Потом мы пошли гулять и я решила погладить чуть помятую в чемодане рубашку. Вот не знала я, что такой утюг может быть в номере пятизвездочного отеля, а не на помойке. Начала гладить с воротника и сразу испортила. Смотрю, а утюг то в жутком состоянии. В номере много что уже уставшее и требует ремонта. В общем испортили нам праздник в этом отеле своим ужасным обслуживанием.

C'est une honte que les chambres ne soient plus à jour, le restaurant au sommet est une visite à faire. Ayant gardé le bar, nous n'avons pas réservé, car nous ne sommes pas conscients et le gestionnaire était extrêmement désapprouvé quand nous avons demandé s'il y avait un table, même en tant qu'invités à l'hôtel. Je recommande le restaurant tournant pour le soir, car il est merveilleux et les pieds autour 2.5 heures à tourner complètement, avec des vues étonnantes sur Astana.

Le COMMANDING ... Astana ... L'hôtel est généralement bon, mais ne fait pas le retrait jusqu'à 4* Tout a commencé avec le fait que nous et mon collègue sommes arrivés à 6 heures et se sont réservés à 7 heures à l'hôtel. La chambre était très confortable et très confortable. Mon collègue ne fermait pas la fenêtre, depuis la première fois qu'ils ne pouvaient pas fermer et qu'ils voulaient déjà offrir une autre chambre, mais la fenêtre était fermée miraculeux))))) Dans l'ensemble, la chambre était spacieuse, Mais nous étions à la température de la rue - 20-30C dans la chambre était terriblement froide, les batteries n'ont pas fonctionné. Dans la salle de bain, il n'y a pas de joint mais seulement de verre sur la moitié, pas convenable, beaucoup de laine tombe sur le sol, il n'y a pas de séchoir, c'est un échec simple! Le petit déjeuner est très rare, il ne fond que peu sur la plaque, apporte peu de nourriture.

L'hôtel est magnifique, à commencer par une réception d'hospitalité, juste une liste et tout sera clair! Le 2e étage est un ordinateur fixe, où vous pouvez travailler et imprimer des documents. Et le petit déjeuner est digne - table suédoise + à la demande d'un omlet ou d'un œuf et café frais cuit ☕️! Tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un petit déjeuner complet - tout est là. Notre chambre était au 4ème étage - grande avec un bain de massage, une zone de loisirs et un sommeil. Le salon est très bien placé, mais il est très bon de se débarrasser de son équipement de bains avec des trucs comme le shampooing, le gel, le kit de rasoir, les trucs de vaty, le chapeau, le savon, le kit de dents. Vous trouverez rarement un tel combo dans 4**** Et Wi-Fi stable vitesse 👏 Dans le territoire de l'hôtel parking gratuit. Il y a une machine à carburant et à laver! Nous avons une famille avec un petit enfant et nous avons un très bon temps! Merci pour votre hospitalité! Je serai heureux de revenir.

For the amount you pay for the stay the hotel is well beyond the expectations! The rooms are clean, perfect interior, tasty breakfasts. Relatively small rooms, but again for the price they request they are better than most of the hotels and apartments to rent. Nice sitting area downstairs. If you have some time before the flight, but don't want to hang out in the city with the luggage, you can sit here or leave your luggage. Nice and pleasing staff. Generally Hilton Hotels are the best hotels that I have experienced.
