Quartier résidentiel, calme, à distance de marche de restos, commerces, Acropole. Sécuritaire. Hébergement fidèle à ce qui est présenté. Appartement B2. Avons cuisiné la majorité des repas sur place. Aucun pépin. Nous recommandons.

Great little place to stay Albert was so welcoming and so helpful. We arrived late at night and he was there waiting for us to show us round and give us a map which was so helpful. We got great advice from him when we asked re beaches to visit/vouliameni lake/restaurants to eat at. The place was cleaned every other day and was spotless. The area is lovely too 5-10 mins walk from the acropolis and nice bars and restaurants and it's dead quiet. Me and my o/h want to say thank you.

We travelled as a family of four. We stayed in C1 and were delighted by the space. Very clean, comfortable beds with nice linens. Very grateful for a/c in the 36 degree weather. Close to the Acropolis and great cafes. Thanks to Albert for his warm welcome and all the tips for food places. He was very gracious and went above and beyond for us and all the guests. We wish we had stayed longer. High recommend from us - the happy parents and the grumpy but cooled by a/c and hooked up to wifi teenagers

Beautiful, historical property within walking distance to the Acropolis, museums, food market and the perfect cafe (Cafe Lotts). I booked here after reading review after raving review and it lived up to every positive point. You feel a part of the city just stepping out of the door! Albert greeted us on arrival and gave us great advice on dining and transportation options and general safety in Athens. Throughout our stay, Albert was available and eager to help, arranging a cab (with the best/most personable driver of our entire trip) to the airport when we left. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Beautiful apartments in central location, perfect for a relaxing stay. We had an excellent stay, nothing was too much trouble from arranging our transfers to getting us checked in. Rooms were really tastefully furnished and very clean. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I stayed here separately on 2 occasions (upstairs and downstairs apartments). Both times were great - the host is very accommodating, assisting with organizing transportation at the last minute to the port and airport (separate occasions), and recommendations for local and tourist-y attractions/food (also very helpful as we both haven't been to Athens or Greece before now). Air conditioning is wonderful, both apartments we have stayed in are spacious - and providing filtered water on arrival is amazing. No real negatives - it's a short walk to a lot of locations (food/mini marts etc.) - mind you a bit of a slope (if you're like us and didn't know much about Athens prior to visiting). We would definitely recommend to others and come back in the future!

The staff was so accommodating with my late arrival. Very nice place, modern and comfy. Well located for metro and all touristic activities. Comfortable bed. Super clean apartment. Water provided. All one needs.

We stayed in apartment C2 for two nights. Albert welcomed us and provided very helpful advice on local restaurants and safe ways to travel through Athens. The apartment is very spacious and has a nice terrace. Mini markets, bakeries, restaurants and the metro are within easy walking distance, although a few of the nearby streets are steep. Just take your time and enjoy the exercise! The location is quiet and the bed is comfortable so we slept well. Would definitely stay again.
