Miraval Austin Resort & Spa - All Inclusive Adults Only

Miraval Austin did not disappoint!! We were a group of 6 and had the best time. Food was amazing and I thoroughly relaxed at the spa.

We had a wonderful weekend at Miraval Austin. The room was clean and had a lovely view, the spa staff and amenities were phenomenal, and the food service was very thoughtful. We will definitely be back!

The property, the customer service, the beds, the staff, the diverse activities, and the food all exceeded my expectations, but I did not know how well-known and popular Miraval properties are!! Don't let the booking process stand in the way of going to Miraval Austin (I found it challenging when I first started making my reservations! Things to know: Book your shuttle and activities in advance! There is a shuttle to the property, but there are limited time slots. In June, all pickups were at the airport. I spent my arrival night at a hotel that provided airport shuttle service. The next morning, I went back to the airport and took the Miraval shuttle to the property. Book your experiences in advance, but know that there is flexibility (based on availability) onsite! The activity planning staff members were extremely helpful!! I made several changes, including changing my departure time so I could enjoy more of the services on the day of my departure!!

From the moment that we arrived until we departed, Miraval thought of every detail to make our stay memorable. My daughter and I were at the resort for 3 nights/4 days and wanted to strike a balance between participating in a variety of experiences and having adequate relaxation time. At Miraval, you can be as busy or relaxed as you choose to be. There are a wide array of experiences that appeal to a variety of people. Our favorite experiences were the farm tour, pasta making class, equine experience, and floating meditation class. I had 3 spa services that left me extremely impressed, and were worth the extra that you may have to pay. I highly recommend visiting the spa even if you don't book any paid services. The sauna, steam room, hot tub, and serenity pool are worth the visit. Since Miraval is a digital-free resort, this made for an even more relaxed environment, and it was refreshing to watch people interacting without devices. We met so many wonderful people that were also guests at the resort, and I believe that more connections were possible because people's faces weren't glued to a screen. One seminar that was extremely beneficial was on Digital Mindfulness. My daughter and I are committed to being more intentional about technology after experiencing the digital-free world at Miraval (cell phones are allowed in the hotel rooms and in designated areas). This seminar gave us helpful tips to minimize the distractions that technology offer. One extremely surprising element at Miraval, was the exceptional quality of the food. Whether we were grabbing a green smoothie before a workout class or we were dining on the lovely patio, the food was top notch. Given that it was an "all inclusive," I wasn't expecting the food to be such an amazing part of the experience. Our days concluded by crawling into the most luxurious bedding I've ever slept on at a resort - or home!

Exceeded expectations in every way - from the food, service, classes and overall experience. Can't recommend enough. The rooms were comfortable and the place left you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Also couldn't believe how delicious the food was. Plenty of selection and the staff was more than accommodating with any requests. Do yourself a favor and visit! Tip: Try something new. We did Cardio Drumming and Tex Zen Yoga and LOVED them both! Also don't miss out on the spa!

Miraval lives up to everything that it says - I returned from the Austin location, feeling very connected, present and enlightened. The atmosphere, the food, the classes, the spa even the forest bathing and equine classes bring a sense of connection that one may start to miss in their daily lives.
