It was most beautiful new year stay with family Norica hotel. The owners, staff and all the team are so kind, attentive and hospitable. You really feel like at the family place. Amazing spa complex is easy to reach in your bath robe and if you do not want to go to the big spa complex you can easily stay at the home spa, which is great, new and comfortable. We were mixing both spas. Rooms are really clean, stylish, and very comfortable. For last 3 nights we were lucky to use Sky Lux, it was absolutely unforgetable, you really sleep in nature, under the stars. And you feel like a star. Or you take a bath near the window screen from floor to ceiling. As per food - it is very good, natural, every day you have wonderful breakfast, which includes really everything. They cook individually your eggs, omelettes, crepes, pancakes, all is so fresh and nice smelling! Variety is really wide and nothing finishes, whenever you come to your breakfast. During the day you have also a kind of lunch, included in to your room price, which has always a soup, hot meal and a choice of deserts. And of course, amazing dinner in the end of your day! We strongly recommend this hotel and are planing to come again soon.

Lovely spa but the €77 facial was appallingly bad! I have never had such a bad facial before and had to wash my face afterwards. Stick to the steam rooms etc. The saunas and steam rooms and relaxation rooms are good.

Stayed there for ten days. Experience was almost perfect. Beautiful rooms, very good service, excellent spa, Alpentherme is a large and modern facility with plenty of opportunities to relax. Funicular is a 15mins walk away. Not the cheapest hotel in Gastein, but I found it worth it.

Everything was perfect. Excellent room, large bathroom, hi quality food of all kind, staff very polite and amiable. We would return at this hotel every year. It is situated in the very center of the town and not far from the cable station.

Ich habe telefonisch gebucht und es war keine Anzahlung oder ähnliches notwendig. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und wir haben die HP ohne Probleme auf Frühstück ändern können. Der Abschlag beträgt Euro 15,- pro Person. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen motiviert und sind mehr als freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer mit Balkon (Zimmer 203) war schön und geräumig. Kühlschrank am Zimmer und Safe ist inklusive. Der Thermeneintritt in die Therme Bad Hofgastein war am Anreisetag inkludiert und am Abreisetag bis 11 Uhr inkludiert. Ab dann ist ein Aufpreis von Euro 23,- pro Person fällig. Dies haben wir genutzt und konnten auch das Zimmer (ohne Aufpreis!) am Abreisetag länger benutzen ... einfach ein perfektes Service!! Alles in allem ist es nicht günstig, jedoch sehr gut gelegen und ein perfektes Service vorhanden!! Daher meine 100% Empfehlung!!!!!

Sehr Familienfreundlich. Wir sind mit den Großeltern und unseren 3 Kinder dort gewesen. Schöne, angenehme Zimmer, genau die 4S Sternen entsprechend. Sehr gutes und hochwertiges Essen. Freundliches Personal. Alles was man von einem Hotel dieser Klasse erwartet, wurde perfekt erfüllt. Direkter Therme Zugang, Bademantel mit Tasche war auch sehr praktisch.

Wir waren im Rahmen eines Konvents mit anschliessenden Urlaubstagen zu Gast im Hotel Norica Therme und waren vollauf begeistert. Freundliches und stets zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer, beste Speisen und Getränke. Ein Ambiente zu länger verweilen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wir kommen seit Jahren mit der Familie ins Hotel Norica und sind jedes Mal begeistert. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, schaffen die Mitarbeiter eine herzliche Atmosphäre und nehmen sich trotzdem Zeit für einige nette Worte. Das Essen ist einfach köstlich und die Zimmer sehr gemütlich und immer picobello sauber. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt
