I would not talk about the usual stuff, many others have already done that! I will just point out what I would personally improve. The hostel itself is very nice, well placed and the staff generally look professional, with a few exceptions. 1) On arrival you should be given some vouchers. These are not from the hotel but from the city. We were not informed that they would prepare them for us and we could collect them later. We only found out about it by chance when we read the notebook with the information in the room. When we left, the receptionist excused herself on behalf of her colleagues. That was nice to hear. 2) Breakfast ends at 10am. At 10am and 2 minutes past we were asked (in a polite way) to leave as the breakfast time was already over! I understand that we are not supposed to come into the breakfast room or even take food from the bar after 10am, but please be kind and allow me to enjoy my breakfast for a few more minutes after that time. 3) One evening at dinner we could not find a table. They had booked most of the tables for a large group. It was not nice to find that we could not enjoy our dinner, especially when we paid a not cheap price (27 EUR/person) for a buffet plus extra for drinks. So that night, after waiting for some time to get a table for two, we ended up eating three to a table.

The hotel is old and not cosy, almost conference-like. It is located in a residential complex area. We were so disappointed. We had driven past the finest, charming Gasthof with colorful shutters and flowers on the facade overlooking lakes and mountains. And then we came to this tasteless hotel. The only plus is the indoor pool which the children enjoyed and the bathtub in the room. Fortunately, we had a lovely evening in the city and had delicious wiener schnitzel and weissbier at Bürgerbrau.

Had a very comfy room on the 3rd floor. Great panoramic view onto the mountains. Very helpful personel at check in. Wide range of activities possible at and close to the hotel. Tasty breakfasts and good service at the lounge bar. We‘ll come back

Our hotel we had booked turned out to be closed for renovations. We didn't find out until we arrived to check in and it was closed for renovations (Axelmannstein). In a panic, I booked this place for one night, so we'd have a place to sleep. The young woman at the desk was very nice. Parking is underground, for a fee. Once I unlocked our room, my face fell. The room was clean, but very sp****. The painted cinder block walls were a turn off. The safe was old school (using a key). The bathroom was very clean. We were hungry and tired, so we ate at their restaurant (25Euros each). Yikes! The food was very average with a very limited selection-- dry and overcooked duck for the main course. Salads, breads and rice pudding for dessert (my husband won't eat it, but I will). The server was very gracious and kind, I have to say. The bed was comfortable, but I knew we wouldn't stay here for our remaining six day stay. Later that day, I commented to my cousin that the room felt like a hostel (he is born and raised here). He said that the place actually once was a hostel! As far as cleanliness goes, this hotel gets five stars. It just wasn't the caliber of place I prefer. While it's located in a very nice neighborhood, it's not conveniently located to the downtown area that I prefer.

Wir haben 5min vor Ankunft dieses Hotel gebucht, waren überaus zufrieden mit dem netten Empfang und dem Personal an sich. Als nettes Highlight wäre die Dachbar zu erwähnen, einen leckeren Cocktail ohne dann noch Autofahren zu müssen Betten, Zimmer und Sauberkeit hat alles gepasst

wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefült sind sehr nett empfangen worden alles wurde gut erklärt parkplätze kosten hier extra das haben wir aber im vorfeld gewust und war io die betten waren sehr bequem sauna und schwimmbad io hotel ist gut gelegen so das man fussläufig im die stadt und zum kurpark kommt die therme ist 300 m vom hotel entfernt frühstück war io , personal dort sehr flink und nett es wurde immer nachgefüllt und auch bei andrang immer schnell abgeräumt

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral. Kurze Wege zum Kurpark, Fußgängerzone und Therme. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings müsste der Sessel in unserem Zimmer dringend aufgepolstert werden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist gehobener Standard aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Das Abendessen bei Halbpension war unterschiedlich gut. Sehr gut die bayerische Küche. Der Versuch eines chinesischen Buffets sollte allerdings einmalig bleiben.

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, das Essen war gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend😃 Ich habe ein Gesundheitsreise absolviert und kaum was dazubezahlt (EVG) Die Gegend ist sehr schön, sogar wunderbar. Ich habe mein E-Bike mitgehabt, einfach genial. Vor Ort kann man auch welche mieten doch ziemlich Teuer (30€ /Tag

Siamo stati in questo hotel tre giorni, l'abbiamo trovato molto pulito,confortevole,tranquillo e il cibo a buffet abbastanza buono, la colazione ci sono pochi dolci si trovano solo i pancake e cornetti vuoti,si trova molto di più il cibo salato.
