comfotable rooms n ambience, friendly n courteous service add up to a great stay. Special mention goes to mr.Viswajit. Service was great & cool staff.......... Front office is best ever! Rest services are good Great stay!

We stayed here for 5 days and really loved the vibe of everything of this place. Rooms were clean , all the staff were very cooperative and loving. PROVAT is the staff of this hotel do contact him for easy access of everything he’s been very helpful. I have mentioned his picture below.

My stay at The Park has truly been a phenomenal experience, characterized by outstanding food and impeccable services. What truly sets this experience apart is the remarkable demeanor of the staff members, including Jitendra, Prabat, ***na, Tulunga, and Bhumika, who consistently exhibit exceptional levels of politeness and humility. Their dedication and professionalism have significantly enhanced my overall enjoyment during my time here.

Stay was very good and food is also delicious. Staff behaviour is also very nice. Services of food serving staff Jitender, Prabhat, Tulinga and ***na etc was admirable. Overall experience at the stay was very nice..... I loved the stay.....

Food quality of breakfast and starter of dinner was excellent, Chef Mr Prasad has got very good hands in kitchen, hospitality of staff is also commendable ambience is also very nice, location and helping nature of staff is are impressive too

Food, ambience and services are at par especially Mr Jitendra and Miss Bhumika & Mr Provat are so helping and ***nered.. Hospitality of hotel staff is above expectations Food quality of starters and sweet is so good that you don't need main course even!

Great hotel, great service, very courteous staff. Very prompt service. Special thanks to all f&b and kitchen staff. Bhumika, Provat thank you for everything. Your efforts made our trip very special and memorable. Debjani, bakery chef is very sweet and open to suggestions.Jubin, main chef is amazing.I really liked the flavours in the morning buffet.The Park hotel is 10/10.

Worst hotel to stay at. The hotel 1st of all doesn't looks like a 5* though. The check in was smooth and since we had booked for a village view room it was actually facing a badminton court. The view was sad and bad at the same time. We ordered food in the room and it came as if we are sitting in a road side restaurant rather than a 5* hotel. Bad again, there was a female singer playing music and singing at the same time, that cause a lot of disturbance till the time it was being played and irony is that not even a single person was hearing it. Coming to the breakfast how can a 5* hotel serve such limited menu items. I had to request them multiple times to make egg and dosa which are simple items in our style. Please improve
