Hôtels proches de Magna, Bakou

The front desk were reluctant to provide additional water bottles. I had the family suite booked and still they were reluctant to provide more than 2 bottles of water which was pretty annoying. The breakfast area was too crowded and I guess to address this the breakfast timing should be 7:00 to 10:30, closing up at 10:00 is making it too crowded between 9:30 and 10:00 and the moment it is 10:00 you will find the restaurant people winding and talking all things inside. Too much chaotic and rude.

Loved staying at Courtyard and I would surely come and stay here again wherever I come back to Baku.

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. I stayed here during my stay in Baku and was really impressed with the hotel. The service at reception is warm, welcoming & helpful. The room was located on the 5th floor and well presented & very comfortable bed (which I needed as I was exhausted after sightseeing and travelling from neighbouring Georgia). The breakfast is plentiful and the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Nizami Street & 15 minutes to the seafront. I would stay here again!

Le petit déjeuner est correct, pas de lit supplémentaire, le midi et le dîner sont corrects, le meilleur est l'emplacement, en face se trouve un centre commercial pas cher, très pratique

Dans une des célèbres flame towers qui dominent la ville de Bakou, un hôtel moderne et confortable. Chambres spacieuses, confortables et fonctionnelles avec de grandes baies vitrées. Très bon restaurant avec une carte internationale . Serveurs parfois un peu perdus mais accueil et service professionnel L’hôtel est à 15 minutes à pied du centre

J'ai eu un grand séjour à ibis Baku sur mon voyage à Baku, c'était mon 2e voyage et mon 2e séjour dans le même hôtel, les chambres sont toujours refroidissantes et semblent tout à fait nouvelles et mises à jour, toutes les autres installations sont disponibles qui sont obligatoires , Le personnel est courtois et utile dans tous les aspects. Grâce aux autres membres de l'équipe, Rufat et Naila, qui m'ont rencontre tout le temps que j'étais à l'hôtel pendant mon séjour, un séjour décent à mémoriser et il viendrait certainement à nouveau une fois encore à Baku. J'ai hésité pendant longtemps à réserver un hôtel pour la première fois en Azerbaïdjan. Enfin, j'ai décidé d'avoir accédé à l'hôtel à l'agence internationale de voyages de Baku, près de la station de métro de la Cité Antique. Il est donc juste de vous rendre à l'hôtel à Baku International Travel Agency, et le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé. La station de métro de la Cité Antique est très proche, à environ 10 minutes de marche. À la Cité Antique, il y a aussi des dizaines de minutes à pied. Il y a un passage sous-terrain à droite de la porte de l'hôtel. Après avoir traversé le parc de la mer, il est heureux de voir la mer. Et le gestionnaire d'Elvira va souvent au restaurant pour vérifier les plats, nous sommes venus à manger, nous sommes venus immédiatement pour demander s'il y a des questions, comment se reposer, etc. J'ai travaillé au Japon depuis plus de vingt ans dans des compagnies aériennes, qui se sont vues comme la première au monde des services du Japon, et qui n'avaient pas pu s'attendre à ce que l'agence internationale de voyages de Baku, en Azerbaïdjan, ait aussi connu des services non perdus par le Japon. En outre, le restaurant est également très bon, le petit déjeuner est riche et les plats sont souvent changés. Chaque chef travaille dans l'industrie, mais il fait du cuisine, même les invités s'occupent de tout. Une fois les légumes, si vous n'êtes pas prudent, les chaussures empiètent sur les lumières des plats, Les deux chefs ont immédiatement ajusté plusieurs lampes au-dessus du plat. Le pain le plus recommandé pour les poches de tasse de tasse, le noir, le pamplemousse est très délicieux. Bien sûr, les graines de blé entiers, le pain de fruits est également très bon. M. Murad, du restaurant, nous salue en chinois et nous accueille souvent pour voir ce que nous avons besoin et nous apporte ensuite un café ou un thé chaud. Ils s'occupent toujours des invités et se sentent vraiment enthousiastes pour leur service. En ce qui concerne les toiles de bain, les mines, les remorques et autres, le service de la chambre d'accueil est venu immédiatement, très rapidement, il a séjourné huit nuits à l'agence internationale de voyages de Baku, ce qui est très bon à chaque fois. Après avoir fini cette visite à l'Azerbaïdjan, je voudrais remercier chaleureusement tous les employés de l'hôtel, dirigés par la belle-maîtresse Elvira, pour avoir beaucoup de bonnes idées et de nouveaux sentiments. We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕
