I stayed in a single room and it was small but enough for short stay. They provided sufficient amenities as well. The service was great. I arrived in the city early in the morning before the usual check-in time, so I was just going to leave my baggage without check-in. But the reception staff kindly allowed me to check-in before the usual time, so I was able to prepare in the room before I went sightseeing.

Местоположение потрясающее, лучшего и желать не надо - все под рукой. Круглосуточно отзывчивый персонал. Вполне приемлемый wifi.
Жили в люксе - ориентируйтесь на фото, они соответствуют, кроме пожалуй ковролина, он настоятельно требует чистки.
Один важный момент касаемо именно люкса - их два, оба на 6 этаже. А на 7 ресторан Iguana, где с 8 утра начинают немножко шуметь, топать и двигать мебель. Если вы совы и вам это принципиально - имейте ввиду

Amazing hotel, the food is very delicious. We had breakfast included and the spread was very delicious. The staff was super helpful and very warm and always smiling. We had an amazing stay and the proximity to Nizami street is literally 3mins walking! Best stay in Baku!! 10/10 recommend staying here!

I stayed here during my stay in Baku and was really impressed with the hotel. The service at reception is warm, welcoming & helpful. The room was located on the 5th floor and well presented & very comfortable bed (which I needed as I was exhausted after sightseeing and travelling from neighbouring Georgia). The breakfast is plentiful and the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Nizami Street & 15 minutes to the seafront. I would stay here again!

We reached the hotel at 12:30 & requested for an early check in. Were told sternly that rooms are available from 2 PM, the check in time. At 2 PM no rooms were allotted. At 2:15 nothing. At 2:30 another couple comes & checks in. White of course. We Indians were given rooms at 2:40 after shouting. They hate Indians Pakistanis from the heart. At breakfast table, the boys were so hostile to us we felt like we were on charity. A good hotel with good hardware but bad staff and bad attitude. Avoid it. There are plenty of other options. Nemi hotel is one

Reception desk remains the first meeting point for any hotel check in. I arrived at almost 7 pm in a city for the first time and there was this one staff Mr Nijat who welcomed us and gave a detailed briefing on what to do for dinner, where to go, nearest supermarket and tourism plans for rest of the period. This gave us the comfort and sense of security in a strange place. I strongly recommend staying here as far as you have friendly and courteous staff like Mr Nijat

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel we like the atmosphere of their rooms it’s cozy and the hotel Location is perfect because it’s in Nizami Street which is the most lively Street And it’s full of shops and variety of restaurant😍🔥… special thanks to Farid😍👏🏼 he was very helpful and a good communicator with the residents he served us with open-heart and he try to do his best to serve us in the perfect way🤍🤍
