Alternatif oteller olmasına rağmen greenpak iyidir diye düşünerek yarım pansiyon olacak şekilde rezervasyon yaptırdım. Odaya girdiğimizde pencerenin bir tanesi kapanmıyordu ve içerisi buz gibi olmuştu. Teknik servis geldi ve arızayı giderdi. Bu seferde klozet yoğun bir şekilde su kaçırıyordu. Servis onu da halletti. Rezervasyon yaptırırken akşam yemeği servis saatlerinin 19:00-21:00 arasında olduğunu söylediler. Saat 20:00 de yemeğe indiğimde pek çok yemeğin bi**iş olduğunu ve yemeklerin yenilenemeyeceğini belirttiler. Bizimle aynı durumda bir kaç aile olunca istemeyerek ilave yemek getirdiler. Yemekler lezzetsiz ve soğuktu. Odaya döndüğümüzde klozet tekrar aşırı su kaçırıyordu ve tekrar servis istedik. Böyle bir odadaki eksikleri gidermeden hizmete sunmaları müşterilerine çok da değer vermediklerini gösteriyor. Asla tavsiye edeceğim bir otel değil.

Terrible place, we went for skiing for one day with my nephews. I paid 1000 Turkish lira for ski pass for each person, renting equipment is half price in the city . At the hotel no WC around the skiing zone, all day I could pee. Loud and terrible music is playing, They make fire in barrels, the whole mountains is in smoke, I couldn’t breath. Foods are crazy expensive, one hot drink 160 Turkish lira. I was not that dare to ask how much is one sandwich No place to put your equipment while resting. Don’t go, that’s all I can say.

Ok hotel, but location on the ski slope saved the day! The rooms are ok, paper thin walls, but clean with comfy beds. Buffet was ok, lots to choose from, and overall pretty good. The fact that this hotel is on the ski slope and has a rental facility is worth the price. Wi-Fi really only works in the public areas. The biggest downfall is the night club, on the top floor, blaring music until crazy early morning hours. I love to party and appreciate loud music, but when I’m trying to sleep so I can get up and ski, it was killing me! My husband and I got very little sleep here, and the music going on and on in a family hotel really set a bad tone for me.

A total ripp off from when you arrive everything you need to do they asking ridiculous money even need to pay to go to the terrible stink toilets of which there is only for approximatley 5 cafes - restaurants are very poor serving everything from frozen or stale with very amateur waiters. The ski pists are over run with bus loads of day tourists in fur coats taking photos and blocking the lifts to go up to ski. It really 's as pity as this could be an exceptional resort close to Istanbul but there is a drastic need of renovation and an effort to bring professional staff that this location deserves.........dissapointed

I booked 2 nights at this hotel for a ski getaway after a week in istanbul. I requested a room with a big bed since I'm staying with my wife, they gave me a room with two full size beds. The bed covers were stained, the radiator knop broken and the room was extremely hot, the toilet seat was "unleveled" and discolored, the towels were dirty, the shower head was broken and the tub was moldy around the edges. The furniture is old and worn out. I spoke with the receptionist and they apologized and oferred to switch my room the next day if rooms become available. I checked out of the hotel after 8 hours of my stay. No refund was granted -not even partial- Overall, although the receptionist was trying hard to enhance my experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I went to another hotel down the hill (~10 km away) that cost the same amount. The taxi ride to the slopes would take around 30 minutes. In my opinion, staying at a clean, nice and famous hotel - at the same price- is the best option if you're looking for a skii trip in Kartepe.

We booked 5 nights for the hotel and were asked to pay in full. Unfortunately 12 days before our departure, my partner was hospitalised due to a minor heart attack and I informed the hotel to cancel my booking as he would not be able to ski even if we can travel. Mr Okan who I was liaising with via Whatsapp informed me that he is unable to give me the refund due to the hotel's non-cancellation policy. He was extremely responsive and helpful prior to my booking and before I make payment. I initially wanted to consider and pay later but he kept pushing me to make payment and told me whatever changes I need he'll help and I don't have to worry. But that was not the case when I needed to cancel the stay due to a medical emergency. So I told him I'll write in officially and request that he responds to my email so that I can try and claim insurance. However, for whatever reason, he refused to reply to my email despite agreeing to do so via Whatsapp after repeatedly informing me there will be no refund from the hotel. Todate I still have not received the reply and am unable to submit claims to the insurance company.
