The menu for breakfast has a lot of options to choose from. The waiters were friendly and nice to us and food was excellent. But our room had quite a lot of dust and the toilet needs more cleaning. But most of all all the staff are nice and approachable. Thank you to all the friendly staff at crown Royale hotel.

Polite and very welcoming staff. The room we booked was huge and the breakfast is good for a local and westerners.

A descent place with very good service. I like the breakfast. The room was small, and no windows, that was a disappointment. There's a gym and a spa - across the busy road. I liked their signature massage for 750 P an hour. A very good deep tissue work, especially in the collar zone. Not really close to the Town Plaza. Tolerable.

Their rooms are big as in big that can accommodate a whole family (of four) per room even if you request for an extra bed. Their (free) breakfast is good and the waiting area is also commendable as there are enough chairs where you could sit while waiting for your room. Staff are very helpful and always to assist you whether upon arrival or when you're checking out already. Its location is also very near the Bataan People's Center where most of their big conference are held so located strategically.

My first time at a hotel that you have to pay for iron, blower, extension wire etc. The towels looked very old. Food is average. Could use some improvements in the rooms especially the toilets. The staff were very nice and accommodating though.

One of the best hotels! The Concierge and all their other services were all superb - staff were all very courteous to their guests. When we made requests, they were immediately attended to. Physical amenities were also excellent and I was impressed by the room they provided to us. Next time we visit Bataan again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Pity that the owner or corporation does not use enough money to upgrade this establishment. They said that it was renovated during the CoVID lockdown, but it is not enough to give it a 3 stars compare to the hotels in the vicinity. I like the location and the parking space is better than the other hotels. The worst thing is the loud noise coming from the function halls in the 2nd and 3rd floor. Speakers are always in full blast and Filipinos likes karaoke and I just wonder if they cannot do it in a moderate sound. The biggest positive side is the hospitality, politeness and smiles of the staff, from the chambermaid, reception, security guards and restaurant waiters.
