The best host I’ve ever experienced throughout my stay in Harbin! Host was kind, I am Muslim and host even bought a new pot for me to use it! Speedy replies from host, don’t worry about your stay cause host is there to take care of you! The room is spacious and clean, the heater works well despite it was freezing outside! Even their toilet has heater, that’s how amazing this place is! It’s suitable for family with children as the host have their own land behind their house, there’s a tube slide for kids to keep the kids busy as well! You can let the kids play the snow in front of the room as well, there’s a yard which sufficient snow to play with. Highly recommended to stay here for family with kids It’s about 10 minutes walk to the other side of the town where most of the attractions are, if you need to go Siberian park or amusement park. Host will make arrangements for taxi for you, as for pick up and send to train station is free.

Stayed here enroute to Snow City. Not worth the price paid. Only 1 bath towel provided per room for twin sharing. Instead we were provided with single use towel which is the size of hand towel for shower. I requested for the bigger towel but was told that each room is only provided 1. Could smell people smoking at the common corridor. No mineral water provided and have to request from reception counter. Hot water is also upon request. No kettle in the room. Breakfast provided was plain porridge with hard boil egg, pickled vegetables and a hard bun. Room was on level 2 and had to lug the luggage up, no one to help. Well, not easy to find accommodation around the area. Suitable for a night sleep, that’s all. The counter staff very friendly though.

According to the booking Amenities the room : 1. has a mountain view but I did NOT get the Mountain view. 2. is on the ground floor not 1st floor as indicated in the booking 3. NO TV in my room Except for the concierge Service NONE of the Luxury Privileges mention in the booking was offered. I was a not happy with that. But I do want to give a shoutout to Mr Sung Yu (I hope I got his name correct) for taking care of us through out our stay there. Keep up the good job!!!

De là vous devez acheter un billet à la ville de neige et prendre un bus très court à la zone principale.

Le personnel de l'hôtel à l'intérieur du Snowtown est très bien service. Il est très loin de nous prendre notre super enthousiasme. Je n'avais pas de fenêtre dans ma chambre réservée. Je nous mets à jour gratuitement dans une chambre avec fenêtre. La chambre est trop surpris d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour voir le paysage extérieur. Le paysage de la nuit est super beau, Le paysage de neige est aussi très beau pendant la journée, il est également super proche du terrain de Judy, et nous avons mangé trop de plats au nord-est sur notre chemin. L'hôtel de paquetage a également un accès gratuit à des plats chauds. Enfin, c'est très satisfait, très intime, très heureux de vivre, les amis qui recommandent fortement le voyage peuvent vivre chez eux.

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Meters away from the main bus stop and all the shops and restaurants. We got upgraded to the room with excellent view of the fireworks. Hotel staff is very helpful, polite and professional. The manager even spoke some simple English. If one thing they can improve is the breakfast. Options were limited and very basic.
