Hôtels avec balcon à Puebla

Wonderful place to stay, comfy beds and excellent food in the restaurant. The nightly turndown service was appreciated. I would have liked slippers to wear to the pool and the elliptical machine was broken the entire week I was there. I would like to say upon checkout that I asked for a bottle of water for my long Uber ride and it seemed to be an unrealistic request!?

Le bâtiment est un hôtel très beau, il est propre et avec de nombreux restaurants et équipements. Le petit déjeuner buffet a beaucoup d'options, et les nuits nous avons une soirée, ils servent du vin si vous voulez de l'alcool. J'ai essayé un restaurant, la mole était délicieuse. La seule partie inférieure était la localisation, il n'y a pas de mauvaise chose, mais il n'y a rien à côté, Uber est votre meilleur pari pour se déplacer et vous arrivez assez vite au centre-ville ou dans d'autres zones. La chambre était belle et parfaite. Merci de la grande séjour.

Bien que l'hôtel soit un peu loin du centre-ville, à environ dix minutes de marche, l'environnement de l'hôtel est très confortable, la chambre est grande, le toit est plus vue sur la piscine, vous pouvez aller loin du vulcan et de la église, l'ancien hôtel est plus beau, le service de la réception M. ALFREDO est enthousiaste et m'aidera à résoudre le problème du voyage, Il a économisé beaucoup de temps et de voyages.

This hotel is in the best location in town- it is in the Zocalo and next to the church. There are so many shops and restaurants downstairs. The room is very large and clean. On the downside, we were very surprised to find out our room has no windows. To an average US traveler, bedrooms are assumed to have windows, unless spelled out otherwise. I don't know this is due to a cultural difference. But this hotel is owned by IHG, which is a US-based, global hotel chain. I think they are held to a higher standard. We eventually paid a higher than advertised price for a windowed room. But the whole experience put a black mark on this otherwise great hotel.

這個酒店是一座很有歷史沉澱的舊時建築風格的樓房。用以接待多品味品味需要的各地旅客，酒店的硬件體現了與眾不同的更加親民的傳統模式。樓下臨街一層既作為臨街酒吧又具有酒店迎賓大廳回去賓客休閑活動場所以及點菜式非自助模式簡易早餐場所。二三樓供各式旅客住宿客房。我所居住的房間沒有窗子，故睡眠質量不受室外各種噪音影響還不錯。酒店位於市中心東部咫尺之遙，步行觀光市中心各個熱門景點稍顯便利。衹是我發現在Puebla市區的公共交通在使用谷歌地圖方面操作起來似乎很不順利。主要是谷歌地圖所提供的公共交通路線圖不夠準確，特別是公交車站的具體位置經常出現錯誤提示，又加上我不會講西班牙語，不方便向路人求助聞訊我想要的交通路線訊息，所以這讓我感覺非常不便。不過這與酒店沒有任何直接關係。總之我覺得這家酒店還是很不錯的，值得又需要品味特殊服務風格的遊客根據自己的喜好選擇入住為是。

Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi. Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

Service was excellent, I had an early check in and the reception was able to?accommodate me without any trouble. Breakfast is simple but really local and tasty! The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed linen was fresh and the bathroom was always spotless. It's not a fancy hotel but absolutely everything you need and more for short convenient stays in the heart of the city. I felt safe walking around the area and there's a lot to do if you're interested in doing city visits etc.

The hotel staffs are very nice and hospitable; however, restaurant service was not always up to standard. This hotel location is very good and it’s near by everything.
