C'est un endroit fantastique, un paysage magnifique, convivial et calme. La tournée est également bonne. J'y retournerai certainement. C'est le meilleur endroit où je suis allé. Même si ce n'est pas cher, ce n'est pas une perte d'argent, je le recommande ! Tout le personnel est sympathique. Nous avons vu beaucoup de singes, de lézards et d'oiseaux étranges et la nourriture était bonne. La visite a été une vue inoubliable et une expérience merveilleuse. Merci à Gammie et Aldren !

Bien que Nacpan soit un peu à l'écart du centre-ville, c'est précisément ce qui fait son charme. Calme, luxe et exclusivité. Si vous souhaitez créer des souvenirs inoubliables de votre séjour à El Nido, n'hésitez pas, réservez ici. De plus, chaque recoin de la villa est un véritable paradis pour les photos Instagram ! C'est l'endroit idéal pour un séjour en amoureux !

Notre séjour à l'hôtel a été absolument fantastique. La chambre était très spacieuse, magnifiquement décorée et d'une propreté impeccable. Le service était exceptionnel, notamment grâce à Kris, qui s'est occupé de nous avec beaucoup d'attention et a répondu à tous nos besoins. Le service de ménage était excellent et l'emplacement idéal, avec de nombreux restaurants de qualité à proximité. L'espace piscine est magnifique et propice à la détente. Le seul bémol est l'absence de salle de sport et de spa. Si vous recherchez ces équipements, vous préférerez peut-être un autre établissement. Mais dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel mérite amplement la note de 10/10. Nous le recommandons vivement !

This place is truly a little corner of paradise. It’s almost impossible to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay and how special this place is. The owners — an Englishman and a Filipina — are the perfect mix of warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail. They genuinely go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and are happy to accommodate almost any request, always in such a natural and unobtrusive way. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The air conditioning is quiet, the mattresses and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and everything you might need is provided — right down to shower gel and a toothbrush. The hotel is still relatively new and everything is in excellent condition. There are free SUP boards for guests, and you can also rent a scooter from the hotel if you feel like exploring El Nido for the day. And then there’s the food… that deserves a review of its own! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were fantastic. You can order fresh seafood, or even buy it yourself and have the team prepare it for you. My husband loves grilling, so we arranged to get some meat and had our own little BBQ evening. One of the staff members was genuinely excited to help and learn how it’s done — such a small moment, but incredibly warm and touching. My husband also wanted to go fishing, and the local fishermen were happy to take him along. Unfortunately, we simply didn’t have enough time during our stay, but knowing that such experiences were so easily arranged made the place feel even more special. That’s the beauty of a small boutique hotel like this. Unlike huge resorts, they can actually respond to the individual wishes of their guests and make you feel personally cared for. At the same time, there is absolutely no pressure to socialize. Everything is beautifully balanced: if you want to chat, there’s always someone happy to talk to; if you want privacy, you’ll have complete peace and seclusion. It truly feels like your own little paradise. If we ever return to El Nido, we will absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the wonderful owners and the whole team for such a memorable stay. We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

Bon séjour dans l’hôtel . Pour l’emplacement par rapport a la ville il n’est pas loin mais il n’est pas dans le centre ville mais pour être au calme c’est parfait. Il est à environ 10-15 minutes a pied du centre ville et du port . J’ai eu un petit soucis avec la salle de bain que j’ai signalé qui j’espère sera réglé pour les prochaines réservations de client qui auront choisi cette hôtel . Soucis de fuite d’eau entre les joints de carrelages qui laisse l’eau s’échapper a l’extérieur . Mise à part ça l’équipe de l’hôtel est très gentille , souriant et il sont vraiment au service de leur client pareil pour le restaurant les serveurs et serveuse sont  au top . Je recommande cette hôtel vivement . Bon rapport qualité Prix .

7/10 – Beautiful, modern villa, but disappointing service and a few practical issues We stayed for three nights in Villa 3, the ground-floor villa with a private pool. Our first impression was excellent. Everything was modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The villa smelled lovely, the minibar was well stocked, and even small details, like the outdoor shower for rinsing sand off your feet, were appreciated. The private terrace with its pool and outdoor kitchen was lovely, but there were several drawbacks. First, the insects. There were A LOT of biting insects in the outdoor area, not just mosquitoes. Despite using repellents, the provided citronella spray, and the ceiling fan, we still got badly bitten. It would be helpful if the property could recommend or provide something more effective against the local insects. The pool was also quite cold, as the terrace receives very little direct sunlight. We even had a cute little frog living in the pool filter! We informed the staff, but nothing was done. Personally, we found him adorable, so if you're staying in Villa 3 and he's still there, please say hello from us! The outdoor kitchen includes a BBQ area, but charcoal isn't provided. We were told to buy it ourselves, yet couldn't find any at the recommended supermarket. Having a BBQ area that guests can't easily use seems a little impractical. Housekeeping was another issue. We didn't need full cleaning, just fresh towels and drinking water. The water was replenished and bath towels were changed, but our requests to replace the pool towels were ignored twice. However, the most disappointing experience involved a dog living near the villas. She was a very sweet, partially blind mother dog whose puppies occasionally came around. I fed her throughout our stay and became quite attached to her. Before leaving, I gave the staff some food and a small tip, asking them to feed her and send me a photo. They agreed. Unfortunately, over the following days, I received excuses about rain and the dog being absent, despite her having been around almost constantly during our stay. Eventually, I received a photo showing only the dog's backside, with no indication that she had actually been fed. I cannot say whether they fulfilled my request, but the way it was handled was genuinely disappointing. It was a small, personal request that they had voluntarily agreed to, and I expected better communication and follow-through. It left me questioning how genuine the hospitality was once we'd checked out. On the positive side, the staff were friendly in person and helped us arrange a motorbike rental. Laundry service was also convenient. There are a few restaurants along the nearby beach for breakfast and dinner, with more options in town. However, the beach itself isn't really suitable for swimming – it's shallow, rocky, and covered in seaweed. You'll need to travel to other beaches or use the villa's pool. Overall, 7/10. The villa itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but the insect problem, overlooked requests, and especially the disappointing experience after checkout affected our impression. With more thoughtful attention to guests' needs and better follow-through on promises, this could be a much better experience.

8/10 – A beautiful nature retreat with excellent service, but a few drawbacks We enjoyed our two-night stay at La Estancia. The resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, with absolute peace and quiet, plenty of wildlife, and a lovely atmosphere. We were the only guests during our stay, which made it feel like we had the entire place to ourselves! The staff were genuinely wonderful – always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. They even provided fishing equipment and bait for us to fish from the pier. We also enjoyed kayaking, and the food was delicious. However, there are a few reasons why we're giving it 8 rather than 10. First, the location is extremely remote. It takes around 1.5 hours from Coron Town, including 30 minutes on a rough, winding, unpaved road. Our private transfer cost PHP 3,500. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, so you're completely dependent on the resort. The resort itself is also quite expensive, especially once additional taxes and service charges are included. We understand that operating somewhere so remote comes at a cost, but overall, the facilities feel more like a decent three-star property than a luxury resort. Second, cleanliness could be improved. The swimming pool was somewhat dirty during our stay and was only cleaned properly on our departure day, when a larger group was expected. There was also rubbish along the shoreline that didn't seem to be regularly cleared away. The beach itself isn't particularly suitable for swimming due to seaweed. Finally, internet connectivity is unreliable. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, but power outages interrupt the connection, and mobile reception is often very weak or nonexistent. We stayed mainly to visit the dugongs and turtles, and two nights were enough for us. There's very little to do otherwise, unless you're willing to pay for additional excursions. Overall, 8/10. The excellent staff, delicious food, and peaceful natural surroundings made our stay memorable. With better maintenance, more reliable connectivity, and slightly better value for money, this could easily be a 10/10 experience. We'd recommend it for a short 2–3 night escape, especially if you love nature and don't mind being completely disconnected.

Très bien situé, superbe vue, paddleboards gratuits, calme, pas le pire petit déjeuner (relativement parlant). L'hôtel est vétuste, il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur, toutes les prises sont cassées, j'ai dû réparer moi-même le câblage de l'antenne pour me moquer de la télé locale. Les chambres sont nettoyées uniquement sur demande, et seulement si elles ne sont pas oubliées.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! After a long journey, we were picked up at the airport by a driver who already had our names, making the arrival process smooth and easy. We arrived very early, but the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to use the on-site facilities while we waited for check-in. Taking a dip in the pool after a long travel day was the perfect way to relax. The breakfast was good, and the staff also helped us arrange a scooter rental, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. A well-deserved 5/5!
