Hôtels avec balcon à Belgrade

Bien que la décoration soit moderne et la propreté satisfaisante, il y avait de nombreux aspects de l'expérience qui ne pouvaient pas être attestés. En premier lieu, l'absence de tasses de taille appropriée pour la machine à café était un inconvénient notable. En outre, les chambres de bains étaient subtiles, semblables à des produits génériques, peu chers, trouvés dans les supermarchés plutôt que la qualité attendue des toilettes d'hôtel de qualité. Mais ce qui a vraiment exacerbé notre mécontentement était la mauvaise attitude de service démontrée par l'hôte. Lorsque nous avons communiqué notre retard d'arrivée en raison d'un retard de vol, l'hôte a soudainement terminé le appel à mi-parcours par notre conversation, montrant un manque de professionnalisme et de courtoisie. En outre, l'incohérence concernant le temps de checkout était profondément frustrante. Au cours de nos tentatives de clarifier cette divergence, l'hôte a interrompu brusquement l'appel, quittant ma copine et moi, je me sens pressée et exagérément pressée de vider les locaux. Dans l'ensemble, bien que certains aspects de l'hébergement soient satisfaisants, l'expérience globale a été marquée par des installations insuffisantes et des services non professionnels.

Nous étions une famille de quatre, 2 adultes, un âge de six ans et un âge de 1 an, l'appartement nous servit bien, et nous avons réussi à cuisiner quelque chose de simple le matin suivant. La location était bonne parce qu'il y avait une bonne histoire de boulangerie à pied. La seule question était que l'entrée n'était pas clairement marquée, nous avons parqué notre voiture et déchargeé un tas de valises à une seule entrée pour découvrir que l'entrée qui porte le logo Novell Inn est fermée et non surveillée. Nous avons dû marcher autour de l'immeuble pour découvrir l'entrée appropriée, retourner pour recharger notre sac dans la voiture, faire tourner le camp et décharger de nouveau, un peu annoncé quand vous avez voyageé pendant 18 heures et ayant arrivée tard dans la nuit avec un enfant et enfant. Tout en tout, il était agréable et confortable et ils nous ont même donné une chambre à la fois et un lit pour bébé gratuit.

J'aime tellement cette chambre simple. Elle est si belle et très européenne. Le paysage devant la fenêtre est magnifique. Regarder dehors à toute heure du matin et du soir est une peinture à l'huile différente ! Cet hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel est super. Les équipements de la chambre sont également très bons. Dans l'ensemble, je l'aime beaucoup. Fortement recommandé !

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal et d'une décoration magnifique ; c'est un très bel hôtel. Cependant, j'ai été très déçu : j'avais réservé une suite d'angle, mais à mon arrivée, on m'a attribué une suite mansardée sans fenêtre, avec seulement un puits de lumière. Après de longues négociations, j'ai finalement obtenu une suite de luxe. J'ai demandé le remboursement de la différence de prix, mais l'hôtel a nié m'avoir attribué la suite d'angle. Finalement, Ctrip m'a remboursé la différence. Le type de chambre dans lequel j'ai séjourné était pourtant exactement le même que celui de la suite de luxe présentée sur le site officiel de l'hôtel. Il est donc important de vérifier attentivement le type de chambre réservé lors de l'enregistrement.

The hotel room was great and the location I would say it’s super convenient but the problem is that they don’t refill the water and the tea besides the first day. I was very surprised when I called the receptionist and asked if they could bring water since the cleaning lady forgot to refill it but they say it’s only complimentary on the first day. That was shocking as it has been the first time ever to see this. Also when booking on trip.com you see that it says “Welcome Fruits” but the food only fruit I saw was at the reception on a bowl display. The ladies at the reception during the day they were amazing and super helpful but the men from the Night Shift are quite unfriendly. Overall I would recommend it but I would encourage the hotel to work on their complimentary water as it is nice to come back after sightseeing and drink some bottle water.

The place was clean, quiet and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful too. The location is absolutely exceptional. Across the road from Kalemegdan Park, which holds Belgrade fortress and the zoo (which I didn’t see). It is also a 5 minute walk from the city centre, the Main Street and shopping centre. If I had to improve it I would update the bathroom a little and add USB plugs in the room…that’s it.

Great location. Peda at the reception gave me the new sauna suite and also helped me find the nearby supermarket. Enjoyed sauna and jacuzzi. In the jacuzzi all nozzles have to be well covered by water - otherwise they will splash water across the room. Shower comes with top notch shower heads. Best not to point the shower to the door, as it is hard to avoid a gap that lets out water. Finally, as the bed is clean and comfortable and the place is quiet, a good sleep is assured.

Отель в парке на воде Дунай, природа шикарная, огромные - красивые деревья в парке шикарные. от дороги до отеля идти мин 5, если много багажа будет не оч удобно, либо договариваться с отелем чтобы встречал их кар. тк это городской парк, где утром, днем,вечером бегают и гуляют люди, а поздно вечером возвращаться в отель жутковато. Рядом остановка до центра города 2 станции, рядом огромный тц с бутиками Зара, Массимо и тд (через парк мин 10-15 идти) Сам отель для своего бюджета норм.

If you want to be introduced to a true spirit of Belgrade, this building of historical significance with its glorious architecture will have you feel like you have been accommodated by a family. It’s so beautiful, the staff is very friendly and warm, they will assist you with anything you need and welcome you with great enthusiasm! The room is clean and comfortable, well equipped and with a lovely furniture that follows the spirit of the place. Location is amazing, just 20 minutes away from the city center. The garden within the object is lovely and a great place to hang out with your friends and family, get a good cup of coffee or a nice meal with a low price. Thank you so much for being such a perfect host and we will surely choose the same stay again when we come to Belgrade ☀️ ❤️

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place and cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering great local tips and checking in to ensure everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable—situated right in the heart of the area, making it incredibly easy to walk to major attractions, public transit, and fantastic local restaurants. Despite being so close to the action, the property itself was a peaceful haven, allowing for a great night's sleep. The facilities were top-notch and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the common areas had a fantastic, relaxed vibe that made it easy to meet fellow travelers. I also really appreciated the small details, like the secure lockers and the fully equipped kitchen.
