Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. C'était la deuxième fois que j'y séjournais. Les chambres étaient propres et modernes. Tout le personnel était aimable, attentionné et efficace, notamment celui du restaurant. Ils ont fait en sorte que les chambres soient côte à côte, ce qui a permis à ma famille de loger ensemble.

The service exceeded expectations in some areas but fell short in others. What exceeded expectations: Room change request and check out flexibility met. What fell short: Upon room change, there were no slippers provided. A request for breakfast box for one morning (my rate included breakfast) was not followed through, neither an ok nor a no was given. Waiters on final day breakfast were slower than usual to serve coffee and tea. Suggestion: For security reasons, it may better for hotel to acquire a robot to carry food delivery (eg Hunger Station) orders to the room instead of letting the rider deliver directly to room.

Lors de mon séjour, j'ai appelé deux fois le soir pour garder la maison et on m'a dit que quelqu'un viendrait, mais personne ne se présentait. Enfin, le lit n'était fait que sans changer les feuilles. C'est décevant et pas ce que je m'attendais à un hôtel de ce niveau.

We had a very pleasant stay at Rasis Serviced Apartments. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, making it comfortable for a family stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the facilities met our needs very well. The location is good and convenient, though slightly away from major attractions. Overall, a great value for money and we would be happy to stay here again.

Exceptional Service: This is where the hotel truly excels. A special mention must be made for Mr. Kamal Uddian from room service. · He is highlighted as ”really great” – energetic, soft-spoken, and incredibly helpful. · His ability to speak Hindi is a major plus for Indian subcontinent travelers. · He goes above and beyond to assist with arranging food, cabs, or any other requests, making guests feel well-supported. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or room service for food. However, this is easily compensated for by the plethora of nearby walkable food shops and restaurants. В соотношении цены и качества приемлимо, удобное месторасположение, вайфай в отеле очень медленный, к сожалению не было предоставленной воды и чай в качестве компонента, воду нужно было покупать у персонала чем меня удивило такое отношение. Пульт от кондиционера не работал. А целом номер не плохой
