Fronteriza is a studio apartment with a combination living/dining/kitchen, a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed, area to hang clothing, and an externally vented gas fireplace, a large full bath with accessible features including a roll-in shower with drop-down seating and hand shower fixtures and accessible sink. In addition, glass block windows provide natural light. The apartment dining area has seating for four, a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, two-burner electric cooktop, microwave, bake oven, coffeemaker, and sink.
