La chambre était spacieuse, mais la salle de bain avait besoin d'être rénovée. Le ménage et la literie méritaient un peu d'attention.

Séjour économique dans un très bon emplacement. Cependant, l'état de la chambre et de la réception est très médiocre, avec de nombreuses moisissures et fissures. La salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyée correctement : une vieille bouteille d'eau et une pince à cheveux y avaient été oubliées. Aucun gel douche ni savon à mains n'était fourni. La douche avait de l'eau chaude, mais l'eau froide s'est arrêtée, ce qui m'a empêché de continuer à me doucher. La climatisation et le Wi-Fi fonctionnaient bien. Le départ est prévu à midi, mais un membre du personnel a frappé à ma porte à 11 h 40. Ne mérite pas un séjour dans cet hôtel.

J'ai annulé ma réservation pour cette chambre. C'est décevant qu'au lieu d'un remboursement, la réservation soit maintenue. C'est vraiment décevant.

La chambre ne dispose pas de bouilloire, mais sinon, c'est correct. La climatisation fonctionne. L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans le centre de Kuta, non loin de la plage.

Super rapport qualité-prix 😁🤝 chambre propre, les choses sont sympathiques. Toutes les installations sont très bonnes. Je n'ai qu'un seul problème quand je reste ici, la glacière est cassée. Merci beaucoup

Was $9 Australian for a night. So I really couldn’t complain wink. But all honesty the place is a little older etc. But 24/7 check in, staff friendly and attentive, has clean working bathroom queen bed clean towels and linen, cold air con and a tv. Only thing I missed was it didn’t have a fridge in room, though I’m sure there a common one! But hey clean today close to action and cheaper than a Bintang singlet

My review is something of a mixed bag. The location was close to Kuta center, but you could hear the traffic from the road at night, so I had to wear earplugs at night. The room was spacious, but in the bathroom there was no soap and the water in the shower was only hot. You could hardly take a shower there. Also the mirror and the faucets in the bathroom looked terrible. They hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The receptionist provided me with an iron, which I appreciated.

Enjoy all the moment the... With swimming pool& good services, cleanliness amd easy to access the market there...

This was my 3rd stay here and will be last.. Why The Mould in the bathroom, Hair over the floor and the smell of Urine in Bathroom. The shower didn't work. I complained and staff took shower head off and Blew in it, Put it back on and said it was fixed.. Had to shower for 2 days under a dribble.. Disappointed as previously been ok.. Wont be back now.. Shame..

Room was not clean, little to no water pressure and boiling hot water. Ac units not very good. Location to the beach is good but and the fact it has a pool. Other than that look elsewhere

I recommend here the hotel is clean and they have everything you will need it , i wasn’t expecting that because it’s cheap , the staff are friendly btw , that’s it 🌟

The rooms are comfortable, quite clean, suitable for staying with family. This accommodation is close to Kuta beach and shops

During my stay at the hotel, I found the cleanliness to be impeccable, and the staff were incredibly attentive and alert. However, I was slightly disappointed to discover that the amenities advertised were not as extensive as expected. The pool, although small with dimensions of 4m x 9m, provided a refreshing escape. While there was no restaurant on-site, the room was pleasantly cold thanks to the efficient air conditioning, and the availability of a refrigerator and hot water added to the comfort. The peaceful ambiance of the place was truly delightful, offering a serene retreat. Nonetheless, if one desired a more upscale dining experience or lively bar scene, a bit of a walk to fancier restaurants and bars was necessary.

Horrible experience. Nothing seems to work. You can consider this if you only want a bed to sleep for the night.
