Taman Asih Bingin Homestay

Not as poor as some reviews suggest. Great location, decent rooms and not too dirty. However, staff overwhelmed and did not communicate clearly. Also the walking paths inside the property are not safe, too slippery.

This review is about the massage that they offer,not the actual Homestay which looked nice.The massage salon is on the property and it is called aesthetic beauty spa and salon.I booked in a 1 hour Balinese massage 180,000 idr…….from the outside salon looked lovely but inside I was ushered into a tiny curtained off area with no air con and no privacy!!!,the woman didn’t speak any English at all and was very rough and gruf….There was a worker outside hammering concrete for the entire hour,he was on their property so they could have asked him to stop while I was having massage!!!.the woman played loud Balinese music.As I said there was no privacy,you had to keep the curtain open to let some air in or we would have fainted,I had to ***** off in front of her she just stood there,I should have just left at this stage but no!…anyway,the massage was painful and rough,her hands were calloused and felt like she was ripping my skin!!,she spent the first 10 min just on my left calf until I finally asked her to move on!!the Worst thing was that while I was lying face down with my bum showing a male employee of the Homestay came in to take a photo for their Instagram Page!!!!!!,luckily the masseuse quickly covered me !!!,I looked up and saw him and aske d what the heck he thought he was doing!!!,told him he couldn’t just take a photo without asking and made him show me the photo he took!!!,I was incredulous!!!!!so I spent the rest of the massage keeping an eye out in case he snuck back in again,and in heaps of pain and boiling hot!! The only reason I stayed on is that I realised the masseuse was relying on the money and the Homestay circumstances weren’t of her doing so I felt sorry for her!!!,oh my goodness,never again!,I should have just left at the start,worst experience!!!!!!!

Several issues throughout out our stay, firstly the shower was cold in our room. We were told no taxi’s came to pick us up, this was not the case at all we later found out. So instead we were charged 3x the cost of a taxi for a trip to a beach club. You are charged to refill your water bottle, I asked to fill mine but they ran out of water. So the lady said I could take a new bottle out of the fridge for the same price. Then 2 other people got involved and caused a huge commotion and wanted to charge me full price for. Finally we ordered soft drinks, coke and a sprite these arrived without the cans and were clearly not branded drinks, however charged as if they were. Waited an age for the included breakfast, there are no facilities nearby so bring your own drinks and snacks

Останавливались здесь семьей в 2019г Плюсы: первые ощущения по прибытию были великолепные! Тихое, спокойное местечко, с пляжем и великолепным утесом с которого открывался потрясающий вид на океан и все это удовольствие в шаговой доступности от отеля. Идеально убранная, очень красивая территория, нормальных размеров бассейн. Относительно приветливый персонал. чистый номер, снаружи гамак. Из Минусов: Пляжные полотенца не выдают. Уборка номера только после личной просьбы об этом. переполненное мусор ведро снаружи стояло 3 дня пока не попросили убрать. Ежедневно метут только территорию отеля, даже веранду домика не трогают пока не ткнёшь носом. По территории и в домиках переодически появляются гигантские тараканы. Один раз рано утром на столе ресепшена сидела крыса. Бассейн не чистился ни разу за неделю что мы там были и вода была заметно грязной. Ежедневно бассейн был занят детьми персонала отеля (может это для кого-то норма, но для нас было непривычно). Номер был забронирован улучшенный (как позже выяснили должен был быть с горячей водой) но в итоге жили сначала в одном без ГВ а потом переселились из-за тараканов в другой и тоже без ГВ. В целом отель не плохой но хозяевам явно нужно улучшить свое внимание к уборке и мусору, который притягивает всякого рода живность как магнит.
