Avis : The Alena Resort a Pramana Experience

Il s'agit d'un petit hôtel de charme raffiné, situé à environ 20 minutes en voiture du centre d'Ubud. L'hôtel propose 4 navettes gratuites par jour, qui peuvent être réservées une heure à l'avance. L'hôtel accueille de nombreux étrangers. Il y a deux piscines, très photogéniques quand il fait beau. On y sert également du thé gratuit l'après-midi. Le lit mesure deux mètres de large, donc il n'y a aucun problème pour deux adultes et un enfant d'y dormir (le bébé a 6 ans). L'inconvénient est que la chambre est petite et le processus d'enregistrement est fastidieux, vous obligeant à lire le contrat et à enregistrer certaines informations sur votre téléphone. La restauration de l’hôtel est en ligne et pleine de rituels. Il y a beaucoup d'activités organisées, mais je n'en ai pas fait l'expérience pour des raisons de temps et de météo. Il y a un restaurant local de riz au canard sale à environ 10 minutes en taxi. Je vous recommande de l'essayer.

The Alena Hotel was incredible from start to finish. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for my partner and I. We’d absolutely come back in a heart beat! Please read this review and be assured it was nothing short of magical.

Amazing staff. Best service in Ubud. Amazing breakfast and restaurant. Big comfy bed and huge bathtube. I would recommend this resort to anyone!

Our stay here was beyond our expectations. First, it is great value for money. I’m not sure how ratings are done, but this more than a 4 star hotel. Cleanliness was spot on. Breakfast was amazing - ala carte but much better than many buffets as you can order meaningful entrees. Ordered their Alena Omelette and Mei Goreng on a daily basis. Location might not be ideal for the solo travelers on foot. But if you got a car, like we had a private charter, it doesn’t really matter if your destination is 2km away or 10km. And of course great experience at the pool. Nicely covered with greenery. Will come again.

The location is remote, around 20 mins from Ubud centre, around 80k idr to 100k idr by Grab or taxi and only few shuttle a day. Cleanliness has to be improved. Found filth and blood on bed sheet but not on the centre, we didn't end up telling the hotel. There are two swimming pool, both look lovely. The service was fantastic. They also provide walking tour and yoga session. Overall it is a very good hotel. If you are spending time with a group of people or with your love, I would definitely recommend it.

The location was tricky to find and some distance from Ubud town hence the shuttle service, which is necessary if you don’t have own transport. The upside is it’s peaceful. No external views of rice fields but tree views are nice as are the internal spaces. Bed very comfortable, food excellent and staff lovely. The complimentary massage hard to use - I booked a 1 hr massage & asked to add the 15 mins comp massage to that but it didn’t happen. My partner was not able to use his as no time slot available. There was a timing issue for our dinner delivery. Mine did take longer to cook but we had specifically asked for our dishes to come at same time so we would eat together as we’d had this precise issue elsewhere. They didn’t. My partner was being polite to wait for mine which meant his dinner was cold by the time mine arrived. May sound like a trivial issue but isn’t the point that a couple dining together literally means that?! Overall a pleasant stay.

I can't even find words for how amazed I was with everything. But the best of the best was the food. It was like a delicious superb gastronomic experience. Thank you so much!!! This place is absolutely outstanding

早餐非常豐盛美味 還可以送到房間裡享用 服務生們都人很好 讓我們使用泳池到晚上十點 有接駁車去市區很方便只要提前一小時預約即可 唯一的小缺點是淋浴的設置不大好會一直弄濕外面的地毯跟馬桶 浴室的清潔可以稍微加強一點

阿蓮娜度假村整體入住體驗不錯，但有幾方面令我感受不太好：度假村距離烏布市中心約5公里距離，出入基本依賴穿梭巴士、自駕或者以Apps叫車，穿梭巴士每天來回各4趟，如果錯過了就需要等候3小時才有下一趟，並不方便；3天住宿期間，有其中1天房間執拾比較馬虎，有些隨身物品甚至是亂放一旁，而每一天都聞到枕頭有異味/汗味；我所住的房間Wi-Fi接收較差，有幾個位置無法接收Wi-Fi 除了以上部分較差的體驗外，職員服務態度、餐廳食物質素均不錯！

房間乾淨。面對泳池，安靜，有班車去烏布，但班車有限，要合理安排時間。早餐單點，味道不錯。我們入住滿意的。

酒店位置較偏，不過烏布這個地方不住在皇宮那一帶都半斤八兩。酒店整體很小資，整體做的蠻精緻的。如果你可以5-800訂到基礎房型，那這個價格段它絕對是個王者，我們沒房了訂的別墅，性價比一般，蚊帳頂部還有好幾衹蜘蛛。烏布這個地方我住四季也是有螞蟻蚊蟲出現在房間的，就眼不見為凈。工作人員服務很好，酒店早餐很好吃，注意，酒店的spa是個坑，烏布好的spa店一大把，大家提早預訂即可。
