Bonjour, J'ai réservé pour ma famille ( avec 2 enfants) cet hôtel pour 4 nuits en août 2022. Ma réservation était pour une suite et un studio. 3 jours avant mon arrivée, l' hôtel m'envoie un mail pour me dire qu'ils m'ont pas la suite, mais qu' on pouvait dormir à 4 dans le studio en rajoutant des lits.... J'ai refusé.... Je me suis donc retrouvé avec 2 enfants sans hébergement... J'ai vu sur plusieurs sites qu'ils donnent les chambres selon leurs disponibilités, même si vous avez réservé....

I booked this hotel and paid by card, then arrived at the hotel, but no one met me. There was no reception and no staff at the hotel. I found the phone number, called and asked "How can I get room keys?" and was told "All rooms in our hotel are occupied and this is some kind of *********** app error, we can't give you a room, please cancel your reservation". How come the reservation is paid and confirmed, but there are no available rooms? This was the first time I encountered such unprofessionalism. So much time wasted. I recommend that you stay away from this place.

Hotel con bastante potencial pero muy descuidado, las habitaciones necesitan un lavado de cara al igual que los baños y las instalaciones en general. La piscina está bien,carece de desayuno. Elegiría cualquier otro hotel por la zona antes q este.
