Très bon emplacement au centre de Ubud, mais très calme. Très belle chambres, spacieuses.

Bon je pense avoir eu la pire chambre de l'hôtel en plein vis a vis sur la réception et tous les gens de l'hôtel qui passent... Pas très moderne... Pas totalement clean... Mais la famille qui tient l'hôtel est adorable, la piscine et l'extérieur sont très agréable. Un plein centre de Ubud mais au calme d'une p'tite ruelle et court reculé. Petit déjeuner très light et peu de choix (une omelette ou un pancake banane avec the ou café) mais sympa pour commencer une journée.

Situé au cœur d'Ubud à proximité de tout avec des cafés et des bars et d'une grange de yoga. Super accueil des locaux !! Vaut le séjour

très beau séjour chez l'habitant mais les chambres étaient assez vétustes et l'endroit sent toujours l'encens et le wifi était très faible :(

Great location where most of the activity are found. A basic homestay accommodation which is best value for money. Prob the only thing which can improve is the toilet. That would make it a perfect homestay.

Great location. Quite simple furnishings. You wake up in the morning to the crowing of roosters. Simple breakfast included, several options to choose from. Wi-fi almost does not work, used mobile Internet. The front door is locked with a padlock. Nice staff. Not a bad option for a couple of days. There is construction going on next door

Location is perfect: just in the center of Ubud. The pool is not big, but clean. Almost all the time it was empty.

Room very clean, well maintained. Good location and breakfast avail for free. With the price tag, very worthy for value

I recently stayed at this property in Ubud, but unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The water pressure in the washrooms was quite low, and the overall condition of the washroom was poor, with a broken commode that added to the inconvenience. Additionally, the bed made a lot of noise, which made it uncomfortable to sleep, as it felt like it might break. Due to these issues, I decided to leave after just one night. On a positive note, the location is central and convenient for exploring Ubud, which was appreciated. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

The clearness is really poor, there was sand everywhere in our room when we arrived. The bathroom is really simple, that’s not a problem, but was with spider web everywhere. Breakfast was simple and good. The staff for the check in was nice but we forgot 2 charges at the hotel and wanted to pick it up. They don’t answered the phone and the communication was horrible!! Tried to call more than 10 times and just once I got an answer, they were “checking”, but still no answer.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Nice pool area - overall great stay!

The guesthouse does not have an elevator, so it is advisable not to bring very large luggage, even though it only has two floors. Unfortunately, our room had only one electrical outlet, so we had to take turns charging our devices. Additionally, our room experienced frequent power outages, especially when using the hairdryer (which the guesthouse does not provide). This was so quite disappointing. There is no 24hour front desk service. However, the location is excellent, with many places to eat,shop and drink, and massage spa services nearby.

The Lady at the reception is amazingly friendly and helpful beyond the call of duty. Basic accomodation, but For the price you pay, you've got the bargain of the day. Cheap, quick, and friendly laundry service too, total opposite to Diponegoro hotel in surabaya. Located at the end of the lane in busy Ubud, hence it quite and peaceful. And if your motorcycle is your baby like mine is, you'll be grateful that the parking area got roof over and close to your room. No question nor hesitation, I will comeback here.

Lovely friendly staff, really well located right in the middle of ubud and is easy walking distance to everything. Can be a little hard finding when getting too as it’s at the end of a small alley way but once there it means it’s nice and secluded. Yummy breakfast too! Banana pancakes were our favourite.
