Propre avec une chambre très basique pour l'hébergement. Le personnel de l'hôtel est serviable. Bien pour un court séjour. De nombreux voyageurs nationaux fument et cela devient une nuisance si vous êtes non-fumeur. N'attendez pas grand-chose de cet hôtel. Évitez le petit-déjeuner si vous n'êtes pas un voyageur national. L'emplacement est très proche du COZY SPA, un très bon massage réputé et un incontournable pour le traitement du cuir chevelu et des pieds. Il y a également un centre commercial et un hôpital à côté du COZY.

L'hôtel 100 Sunset de Kuta nous a impressionnés à maintes reprises au cours de nos sept semaines de séjour. Nous y avons séjourné quatre fois au total et nous nous sommes sentis chaleureusement accueillis à chaque fois. L'hôtel offre une combinaison parfaite de confort, de convivialité et de service de premier ordre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et meublées avec style, créant une atmosphère relaxante. Le personnel extrêmement sympathique et attentionné mérite une mention spéciale, s'efforçant toujours de répondre à nos besoins et de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, central mais calme. Vous pouvez rejoindre rapidement les principales attractions de Kuta tout en profitant d'un refuge paisible. La piscine est un autre point fort, parfait pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie. L'hôtel 100 Sunset est définitivement un endroit où nous serons heureux de revenir. Nous le recommandons vivement et attendons avec impatience notre prochain séjour !

Le vieil hôtel fatigué avait juste besoin d'un endroit où séjourner près de l'aéroport à l'arrivée, la douche était horrible, la chambre avait l'air d'avoir besoin d'être rénovée, mécontente de la qualité de la chambre, je n'ai pas mangé ici car elle avait l'air moyenne. De l'autre côté de la route se trouve une supérette ouverte 24h/24, ce qui est vraiment utile.

Pour le montant que j'ai payé, c'est normal, mais beaucoup peuvent ne pas aimer le karaoké, qui peut être entendu même dans la salle, les anciennes salles nécessitent, sinon une réparation, du moins une teinte et un polissage. Beaucoup de taches et éraflures visibles.

I had the pleasure of enjoying dinner at the beachfront restaurant, where I was treated to a delectable array of local seafood and international dishes. The fresh catch of the day was prepared to perfection, and the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and making sure every detail of my dining experience was flawless. For breakfast, the resort’s buffet offered a wide range of options, from freshly baked pastries and tropical fruits to hot dishes made to order. The morning view of the sun rising over the ocean while sipping a cup of freshly brewed coffee was the perfect start to each day. Customer Service One of the standout features of The Oceanview Resort is its exceptional customer service. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest. The staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable, offering personalized recommendations and accommodating special requests without hesitation. They truly made me feel at home, which added a personal touch to my experience. it's a clean and nice hotel. Good facilities, AC is cool, the food is OK. Overall it's worth the price

Pros: the breakfast was fine(but the coffee was very weak), staff were polite, room was an okay size for our three night stay Cons: room floor was swept but not mopped, the water from the 'toilet shower' smelt like sewage, the pool was closed for the duration of our stay, the hotel was tired looking Long story: On our first night there was a group of students (maybe middle school). They ran around and made noise, but luckily they stopped at around 10pm. On our last night the hotel hosted another group of students(maybe high school age). They were running around the corridors, shouting, ringing doorbells and generally being loud. There was also an event in the ballroom with loud music. At about 9pm we asked the front desk about when the event would finish and when the noise would be controlled. We were told 10pm. A little after 10pm the event finished, but the students were hanging around the pool area(the rooms surround the pool area) being loud, and still running around the corridors. I called the front desk and complained. Someone spoke to them and they were quieter for a while, but still in the pool area. The noise gradually increased and a little after 11pm someone rang our doorbell and ran away(possibly an honest mistake). We returned to the front desk and complained. We asked to speak to the teachers and told the desk worker that the students shouldn't be in the outside common area at that time. Basically nothing was done to control them. At about 1am our neighbor(one of the students) was on their balcony watching tiktok at full volume. We asked them to be quiet and they were, but even after that there were students moving about, the odd shouts or loud laughs and doorbell sounds. Our night's sleep was ruined. The hotel did basically nothing to control the levels of sound and ensure the comfort of their guests. We were extremely disappointed. Up until that point we were mainly satisfied. The hotel should have a policy to ensure student groups behave in a way that doesn't disturb other guests. They should either ensure they are in their rooms by a certain time or only allow student groups if they hire out the whole hotel.

Hotel is nice with that price..staff really cooperative. Fast response.fast act..kudos for all

Nice place, great location near to resto , clinics and foodies. Food so so , restaurant , have small swimming pool. Nice seeyou again.

Loved the price and balcony and really appreciated the free upgrade. But hotel was really old and the pool was dirty and the shower head was just disgusting.
