What a great find. We stayed here for for 3 nights but could have stayed for ever. The villa was clean, spacious and very private with our own pool. The location was perfect and close to many great restaurants, shops and the beach. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The amenities were great- the a/c worked perfectly, the outdoor showers were a special touch and the pool was a hit with all. Overall we had a very special time here.

This was our third stay at Pradha and once again, it was all we hoped for. Pradha are extremely well located, just a 10 min walk to Seminyak square and a mere 2mins to Motel Mexicola. Despite its close location, the villa complex is secluded and very peaceful. We stayed in a one bedroom deluxe villa. There is a generous open lounge/dining/kitchen area facing on to a pool you could pretty much do laps in. A full sized fridge which is nice and cold. The bedroom is in a seperate air conditioned area and is very spacious. Great block out curtains let’s you sleep in! The bed was large and comfortable The bathroom is open style, but private and includes a seperate shower and bath and can be accessed directly from the pool area there’s also with a generous wardrobe. The staff are friendly and do their utmost to assist you wherever and whenever. It was wonderful to be back there after a 3 year break.

Stayed at the Pradha Villas Seminyak for 6 nights in a 2 bedroom villa, with my husband and 2 children. We were extremely happy with our stay. The photos online are just as it is, when you arrive. We loved the layout of the villa and the separate quarters for the bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. The villa is extremely spacious. Communication with staff once we booked was great. They answered the queries I had and organised pickup and drop off from another hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped us organise a chef to come into our villa one night and cook which was lovely. The Pradha Villas is in a great location. Only a short 5 min walk to get to the beach and a 2 minute walk and you are at Motel Mexicola. So many amazing restaurants within walking distance, so you don’t really need to use transport once here. The most we walked for dinner would have been 15 minutes. If you are traveling with a loved one and wanting to have a romantic dinner, you need to go to Merah Puttih. The breakfast was great. There are a few options to select from, so everyone in my family was happy with something on the menu. You selected your breakfast for the following morning the day before and selected the time you wanted it delivered. The staff delivered and set the table for you to eat your breakfast. There was always enough food, so you were left feeling full. There is a water station in the kitchen, so you always had filtered water. The pool was a great size also. Felt like the kids and I lived in the pool. We got an amazing amount of sun in our villa also. We had villa 8 and would book this one again if we came back. There is mention from a few previous reviews that there is a restaurant with loud music till late at night. Our villa wasn’t impacted by the noise. There was one night that we could hear music, but we enjoyed listening to it. I guess if your villa was closer then it possibly might be annoying. The free wifi worked okay but was slow at times. At the end of the day, this didn’t bother us too much as we were there to relax and enjoy Bali, not sit on phones. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Can’t wait to go back.

Stayed in Pradha villas during our trip to Seminyak Bali. 2rooms villas were very sufficient and well appointed. It's huge and the pool was also great. Location is close to many restaurants and amenities nearby. Floating Pool breakfast was a pleasant experience. better breakfast and coffee options nearby

We recently stayed at Pradha Villas with our two children. The location is perfect, only a short walk to Seminyak Square, around the corner from Motel Mexicola and Mano Beach House, ideally central. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. They we’re able to assist with all of our requests, no issues at all. Communication was great too when initially booking for our stay. The rooms are very spacious and housekeeping was exceptional each day. I would highly recommend if you wish to stay central to Seminyak.

We've tried the restaurant 2 night in a row, and in my opinion is one of the best of Ubud at that price. The place is cosy and fantastic for having a pedect dinner in the center of Ubud. The sate is great and salds too. Great staff and very friendly.

The villa looks just like the photos, it is well maintained. The staff is super friendly and attentive. We wanted some music and asked to borrow a speaker, they brought a nice harman kardon BT speaker for us. 1pm: cleaning staff shows up in a group of 3-4 at around to quickly clean up the place. 6pm: staff shows up to take breakfast order for the morning. Turndown service + mosquito spray Breakfast: they have local Indonesian option, vegetarian option, and Western options which also comes with coffee and fruit juice. Pool: water was a bit cold, so we only used it on a sunny day. Jacuzzi: not heated, but used it a few times Location: it’s less than a 5 min walk to motel mexicola, but the grab drivers had trouble finding it as it’s down a narrow alley that’s easy to miss. We put instructions to look for the Aqua Villa banner and that solved the problem. We enjoyed our stay here and the staff provided great hospitality
