整體非常滿意，上山的路有點難走，但是進了酒店以後感覺一切都超預期了。
酒店服務員比住客還多，都特別熱情，還送了SPA和騎馬，參加了酒店的咖啡講解和印尼語學習活動，買了很多咖啡豆，貓屎咖啡比國內購買便宜非常多，小朋友也學了不少新知識。時間上正好趕上情人節，酒店還貼心的佈置了房間。在酒店的三天時間都很放鬆，如果再來峇里島的話還會住這家酒店。

All is nice. Staff are all nice. Breakfast is extraordinary. However, got bad exp during chris**as dinner. The service is not up to standard. Too Long. And We as family cannot eat together since my order coming very late.
Staff name Tuta is very nice with my son. So, we will come again later.

What an amazing place, staff were awesome and so kind and friendly.
I proposed to my girlfriend here and the staff even decorated the room to surprise her.

An absolutely stunning place. Everything, from the service, to the friendly staff, the pools, the hotel's location, if you want to explore the rice fields, waterfalls, you name it, it all exceeded our expectations. It also spoiled us for the hotels coming later on during the trip. We loved the whole experience and are definitely coming again. ❤️

It was one of the best stay i ever had. It was so relaxing and quiet. We got the best sunset ever, it was so pretty. The service was excellent. They always make sure that we enjoy our stay. We also had our room decorated with lots of flowers. We had romantic dinner on the first night but the portion was too big for both of us so we kept the dessert for the next day. The food was good too. We might go back there next time. They also had few options of activities that we can do during our stay, such as walking around the coffee plantation while giving us some information about coffee. We got to try different types of coffee as well. Excellent!
