Avis : Natya Resort Ubud

La chambre est grande et belle, la décoration est luxueuse et le séjour est très confortable. L’inconvénient est que le petit-déjeuner est trop ordinaire, comme le petit-déjeuner d’un hôtel qui coûte 400 à 500 yuans la nuit. L'hôtel est très petit et ne dispose pas d'installations publiques. L'hôtel est situé dans une zone isolée et à distance de la ville d'Ubud.

Thank you for a great stay Natya！Unfortunately there was a system error and we weren’t able to get the room we booked (Royal villa). We were put into the family Villa, which cost slightly less. However, the hotel offered to compensate us with a complimentary 60 min massage. It was such a relaxing environment and experience. The food was also by far the best out of all the places we had stayed in Bali and we had been to 3 other hotels/resorts prior. Hi

Great view, Great Service, very Friendly and Helpful Staff. It is a great place to stay and relax The food at the restaurant is extremely tasty I would return again sometime for another relaxing stay

Firstly the staff are amazing and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible, they cannot do enough for you. Amazing. Location is ok slightly out but they have a shuttle bus quite regularly, taxis are cheap too. We hired a driver and whattsapp him to come get us if we needed to go out. Pool and views are stunning. Our room was very nice we had the pool Villa I’d reccomended it the views are so pretty as the sun goes down. It’s a clean room, bed is comfortable and massive!

Feel the charm of Bali in a green lush area.. the view from the pool is so amazing, so relaxing and refreshing..My room package comes with good breakfast although less food selection..I love the tranquility and the natures. The room is very comfortable and so Balinese..perfect for lovely couple..the location is a bit isolated from ubud town but still able to travel around by taxi or grab..in overall, it was definitely a pleasant stay

納特亞作為我們峇裏島之行的第一站酒店還是很驚艷的。峇裏島真不愧是度假勝地，服務質量甩開國內一大截。酒店達到一定價位，一定會有一對一的check in，管家，跪式服務。歡迎飲料很好喝，感覺是加了姜的檸檬飲料。冰涼酸甜，能消暑，還有薑汁帶來有特色的香辛味。歡迎水果也挺豐富，還有歡迎花環把度假氛圍拉滿。 我們達到酒店大約中午一點，是入住的高峯期，我們等了大約半小時才入住。大廳等了兩三撥等待入住的人，住客來自世界各地，國人不多。 大廳是敞開式的，等待入住時，坐在大廳可以感受到陣陣的涼風，還有森林裏小動物的聲音。下面是無邊泳池，我沒有下去，感覺下面的景色應該更好。公區面積不大，但是還挺精緻。 酒店的房間依山而建，需要爬樓梯，會有服務人員全程幫忙扛行李（即使你的行李有輪子，他們也不會讓你行李箱着地的）。 我們入住的villa分上下兩層，上層是房間，下層完全開放，是泳池，上下兩個區域基本完全分開，有一個小樓梯下樓到泳池，我覺得小樓梯有點陡峭，不太適合腿腳不便的人。 房間很精緻，充滿峇裏島特色，隨處可見雞蛋花的裝飾。酒店還贈送下午茶，可以送到房間。 第二天的早餐，我們加定了漂浮早餐。池水也不冷，可以游泳拍照📸，面對着森林享用早餐。 一些不足： 位置：酒店在一座小山上，需要🚘走一些山路，入口有一個極陡的斜坡。訂酒店的時候看到這裏離烏布中心區域並不遠的樣子，但是要到烏布中心必須得打車，大約二十多分鐘，每次用grab單程都花40左右。酒店每天有班車去烏布中心，但是班車數並不多。 活動：酒店的活動很少。週一有免費的梯田探索，好像也有瑜伽，但並不免費。 除此之外，酒店的台階很多，以及我們的複試房型裏樓梯並不好走，不太適合腿腳不好，以及年齡大的長輩或者年齡太小的小孩。 總之，還是相對滿意，很適合喜歡安靜，注重私隱的年輕人度假。

Cet hôtel est incroyable. Situé dans une végétation luxuriante, au calme de l’agitation d’Ubud, on se ressource pleinement. Les chambres sont superbes et propres. Le personnel est parfait. Très gentil et à l’écoute. Nous avons pris un cours de cuisine typique balinais et c’était très agréable. 2 massages très bien faits. Nous avons mangé 3 fois dans le restaurant tellement c’était bon. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très sympathique avec un service à table. Tout est fait pour se reposer. Parfait.

Je recommande cet hôtel vraiment le personnel est super sympathique, le restaurant super bon et prix corrects. La chambre incroyable avec piscine vraiment super. On a trouvé à 100m de l’hôtel pour louer un scooter et le centre d’ubud est a 10min et si jamais lhotel offre aussi un service de bus gratuit!

Super séjour, le personnel est au petit soin, toujours à l’écoute. Hôtel très charmant et le petit déjeuné local était super bon. C’était parfait! Un grand + pour la vue et la piscine privée. Merci à tout le personnel
