This vila was amazing!!! It’s exactly how it looks like in photos. The rooms are clean, the service and the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Liza the host was also kind, they even helped me out to send my personal thing which I forgot and left at the vila. Somehow I couldn’t write the review on Airbnb site. But I hope this will go through them. As they deserve it!! I would definitely come back. Planning to stay again at this place!

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Very private villa. Only thing is that they should put a ceiling fan in living space as it is open but apart from that really worth a stay there. Location is good also. Plenty of restaurants close by. The pool is great when you come back from shopping etc.

We spent 5 nights in a 2 bedroom villa. Wins: Monica on reception and all the night staff – super friendly and helpful and fast to respond to WhatsApp messages 24/7. Silence and privacy – apart from geckos, birds and the odd noisy neighbour it was super quiet, no road noise at all from our villa! Money changer right out the front, good coffee (I’m a snob) short walking distance in all directions, Minimart a short walk, air con super cold, sun loungers super comfy, big umbrella for shade, full kitchen facilities if needed, big fridge and freezer. Rooms were spacious and bright but had sufficient curtains/blinds to keep the sun out. For those who love TV they all work perfectly and can be connected to streaming services. Excellent WIFI. Laundry service 10/10. Non-wins: Lack of hooks or racks for hanging towels and bathers, there wasn’t a single one in the whole villa, not even bathrooms. All doors were very hard to lock, didn’t bother me but could be a concern for others, and the main entry doors were very flimsy. The pool was always full of bugs, leaves and flowers and the filter didn’t seem to function very well, again we weren’t that fussed but others might be. The garden beds around the pool could do with a tidy up. No packaged mineral water provided free as it is at all other accommodation I have experienced in Bali. No hand soap or hand towels provided for handwashing in bathrooms. Neither win or loss but worth sharing: The bathrooms are 100% inside, not outdoor like many in Bali. The street outside was very quiet, often the cafes, salons, shops were completely empty which was a real shame as we enjoyed them all at various stages! Taxi drivers struggled to find the villa so we always gave a pick up point at a pizza shop across the road.

When you travel overseas with family you want to feel safe, welcomed and have comfortable surroundings and facilities. Puri keraton has it all. The staff including Monica and Ed are so friendly and helpful. The location is great, a very private walk up a bamboo lined laneway with the villas all having high walls and a cute doorway. Will bamboo and plants lining walls inside villas it felt very private and safe. The villas are huge, the only limitation was not much as far as cooking and cleaning facilities but it is so cheap to eat out and can always do simple things in Villa and access local fresh fruits and other produce. This is an awesome place if you want to have quieter stay with family and friends, want to feel safe and have great service and still be close to everything Seminyak has to offer! I have experienced a beautiful experience with the staff members they are Honest and very caring I wish to come back as they have me Bali experience very much. This place is really nice and perfect for family. This villa has a good location walking distance you can find a lot of shopping area, restaurants and also lots more .

Place was excellent. With added security, provides peace of mind. The location was also good with food places all within walking distance. The staff are super friendly as well. The housekeeping team were also on point providing a good turnover service

The place is really nice and perfect for family or friends outing. This was our first time here after covid and the place is accessible to every place. We even requested for a cot for my child and they provided it really fast. Walking distance, you can have local food, the marts, shopping by the road side and also walkable distance to seminyak village of about 10-15 minutes. Definitely recommended and will always consider the place in the future. Thank you for the great service and hospitality.

We loved staying at our Villa. The best things about Puri Keraton were our private pool (perfect temperature!), location (walking distance to restaurants and short ride to the beach) and Monica (at reception) was FANTASTIC we can't rave about her more. The downsides; wifi wasn't great, we had a 2-bedroom villa and one of the rooms had an very annoying sound in it, cleanliness was good overall but few things could be improved. We still recommend but think the above are worth noting. Thanks for a great stay!!
