The bed was comfy, great water pressure. Enjoyed being able to stream my apps on my down time. Pool was nice and relaxing. Staff were very helpful. Not far out of town. I would definitely stay again

Was a little set back to arrive and find the place locked up even though it was before closing time
When we found a staff member, she pointed out the the keys were in the Locked pickup box, and that we hadn't provided a contact number so she couldn't let us know the combination to access the box - luckily she hadn't left the premises but she was on her way out.
Bed comfortable, room tidy but not really worth $200 a night

Centre of town. When requesting booking the 1 bedroom apartment I wanted, it was actually a double bed standard hotel room. We found out on confirmation on booking and no apartments were available. No queen bed as listed in the hotel room option. No extra blankets and had to rely on a/c to maintain room temp. Did not contact me regarding late check in and had to call ahead to find out how to get in. Did not see any staff the entire weekend. Reception was open but empty.

The northern rivers region has had a tough few years. Floods, Covid, floods and again.. floods. You could understand if people were tired and short of patience in these situations but.. from the moment I arrived here everyone of the staff were smiles and welcoming . They cannot do enough to assist their guests and are happy to be available. The hotel is clean and comfortable and has all that the average traveller would need. Housekeeping daily and they clean everything . Whilst I was the guest here, it was my privilege to stay. Supporting small regional business is important but to support one that gives 100% to service is a rare treat and I enjoyed my stay.

Very expensive Motel for what you recieve. Ths Motel is still in the 1990's as it is exactly like most of the other Comfort Inns I stayed in back then. Very tired and lacks basic comforts. Having a shower with no air extraction so you open the high window only to view people on the top floor who can look into your bathroom. Very noisy location and you can also hear other people having their showers and people walking around above you. The noise from 6am onwards was continuous and annoying. Location is handy but noisy due to vehicle traffic. Walking distance to a great RSL Club which has good meals at reasonable prices. Good point - Nice touch with 2 bottles of water in fridge & Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Don't recommend due to cost, conditions & noise.

First time visit room very clean with all you require clean shower bed and linen Kettle and tea coffee milk available Car parking out side your door clean pool sadly for us it was raining so we didn’t get to use it. Good Wi-Fi signal and a very large tv in our room (10)

I had a comfortable overnight stay. The motel is older style but my room looked like it had been modernised. There was a microwave plus kettle etc. bed was comfy and all spotlessly clean. Nice guy on reception. Walking distance to a huge RSL on the river.

We booked this accommodation in good faith. We experienced a terrible situation where the TV would not work and the air conditioning would not heat. The owner tried to fix these problems with limited success. The motel had not breakfast even though it advertised a restaurant COVID. The price we paid was expensive for the service we received.

We stayed in Ballina as the hotel rates were reasonable when compared those at Byron. The rooms were compact, yet comfortable. We had all the amenities that one can find in a motel. This place was near to the city center as well. Overall a nice stay.
