Bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre peu moderne, mais propre et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner au rez de chaussée également de bon rapport qualité prix. Insonorisation pas optimale mais sans nous avoir dérangé. Pub au-dessous des chambres, sans gêne sonore. Nous recommandons.

Xmas dinner with friends. Prawn cocktail was nice, although it was served on a plate rather than in a tall glass. The main course was much the same as everywhere else at Chris**as . Wafer thin processed turkey slices, with Brussels sprouts, carrots, roast potatoes and gravy. Nice except the thin turkey slices and strange textured rectangle of stuffing, at least I think it was stuffing!! £7 for a small bottle of wine. It wasn’t the best. Won’t be back.

Very decent Inn located a stone throw between the rail station and bus station. Very comfortable room. Clean and spacious. We were right above the pub, facing the main road but were not the least bothered by any noise. The only drawback was food was not served on the night we stayed (a Monday). Not sure if this is because of post-Covid or seasonal arrangement. But the very friendly Mr. Tsang suggested very good alternatives nearby. Will stay here if we happen to be in Balloch again.

Our first time staying here and will be definitely be back. Great & friendly staff, Superb breakfast, Clean rooms. The only disappoin**ent we had was no evening meals was available on the day we arrived 16/06/23 (it was a pity the pics of the food looked great).

Everything about this wee place was perfect room was spotless so comfortable, great wee bar down stairs staff so polite and helpful ,won't be staying anywhere else in Balloch for future trips, room overlooked Balloch park , and was convient for everything

The bedroom and bathroom were spotless, the staff very pleasant and helpful I ŕeally couldn't have asked for a better place for my trip. It also was very close to Loch Lomond so the scenery was beautiful

We had a complaint as money was taken from our account and no service provided. The manager, Jane Dawson, refused to respond to calls and emails. The business seems to think thieving people’s money and then ghosting them is ok - steer clear!!!!

awful - this company took our money and never delivered a service or have courtesy to email back or talk to me on the phone. Don’t trust! if you look at their Facebook page there are other customers in exactly the same boat.

Booked directly with hotel November 2022. Booking company Agoda today cancelled as the room was double booked. They are blaming hotel and hotel are blaming them. BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND, we had booked for 2 nights, guess they've had a longer booking! Seems very very unfair!!!!
