Excelente la ubicación, el entorno .
El personal muy amable , siempre atentos a cada necesidad que se planteaba .
Desayuno muy variado ( solicité leche de almendras al reservar ) y estuvieron atentos a ese pedido .Fruta de estación.

This place is so beautiful. Everything is designed in an understated modern beach vibe that fits perfectly in Jose Ignacio. Honed concrete floors and rough concrete ceilings and joined with smooth white walls or venetian plaster. Terraces looking over to the sea have clever woodwork and natural planting. the staff are very helpful and had great suggestions for dinner in the off season.

Great hospitality, beautiful architecture, installations and amenities. Comfy bed, high-end quality in every detail, it's great having also kitchen and balcony. Complete breakfast with options to choose from fruit and yogurt to scrambled eggs with bacon. The staff is super nice and willing to help, you can even have breakfast and roomservice to the room. Perfect stay!

Casa Grande is a lovely condo hotel. It has the benefits of a hotel with fully staffed front desk, daily cleaning, on-site restaurant. But also the benefits of a condo with a full kitchen. While not having an ocean view, it is very close walk to the beach and all of the amenities in Jose Ignacio. For the price, this was a perfect stay for us. We would return.

Comfortable room and friendly staff. Beds comfortable. Toiletries include shampoo/body wash, conditioner, liquid hand soap. Rooms quite clean. There is an elevator. We did not try the restaurant on site due to their limited hours during the off season.

Main problem is that wé where here during dead season. The hotel as well as persons are good and try to answer our needs(they accept to change our room because of noisy neighbours).. But no possibility to have diner when it was also impossible to find open restaurant the day we arrived..

The entire experience was terrific. The hotel is new and has an ocean feel to it. The staff and service are extraordinary. They go out of their way to help with all matters great and small. Walking to the beach is easy with the beach paths just yards from the hotel. Yet one can stay by the pool and soak up the glorious sunshine. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation.
